This might be a bit off topic but it has been bothering me for ages. I thought I had seen every episode and special but I have no idea where's this from…
I've had this on my computer from the early 2010 so it can't be anything that ''new''. The style gives me some detective-Luffy-wibes but then again I have checked every episode I know and found nothing.So please, somebody put an end to my misery!

That page in particular isn't, but I have a few that are in them, first 2 color walks that is..

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with a small project I'm working on.
I've got a table that I'm going to paint white and put a sheet of glass on top of with a black vinyl on the bottom of the glass, making it look almost like a frame from a comic/manga.
During my search for iconic frames from OP, I've stopped at the top frame from last page of chapter 216 where the crew raises their arms to Vivi. However, I'm not sure how well it will transfer to vinyl because of many small black strokes. I think I need something in only black and white with sharp contours and not too detailed. If you've read this far and got any ideas on how to achieve this, please let me know or if my idea is unclear, just ask.
