I don't know if that has been done before.. but ok, here i go.
In One Piece we're introduced to a large variety of weird laughters. Which one sounded the most weird way to laugh to you? (in the anime of course)
Throughout this month, we will be testing new features (like search) so you may experience some hiccups from time to time. We'll try to not be too disruptive...

Mine goes to a character who h asn't appeared in the anime yet. When he comes up, you'll know he's the guy I'm talking about. And you'll have to agree he has one of, if not, the weirdest laugh.

What's weird about Brooke's laugh? It's a traditional Pirate laugh. "Yohoho and a Bottle of Rum" should be one of the first things that pop into your head when you hear his laugh.

I think Hogback's laugh is definitely weird. The stereotype of any laugh is ending in a vowel-esque sound, such as anything ending in a vowel, an L, an R, or an SH together.
Hogback's laugh ends in a plain s, not an sh. This just makes the laugh end on a consonant sound, which just generally makes it not only sound weird, but also much harder to imitate than any other laugh.

Dereshishishi and YoHOHOHOHOHO! It's especially strange to hear, because I had always imagined Brooke having a deep baritone voice when I read him. Could have been the fro and the fact that he did look a bit African while alive.
