Was about to point that one out as well :D Anyway the easier to see pointer is that zoro still has 3 swords. Also, he always used to tie his headband around his arm when he wasnt in the super-serious kill mode yet. Now he's just wearing a shirt with sleeves. The sleeve of his left arm is also as thick as the sleeve of the right arm, so there's prolly an arm in the sleeve to begin with.

Anyway the blade of the sword that zoro wields with his left arm is in between luffy's legs.

I guess that seeing whitebeard fighting basically serves to re-introduce the fact that luffy isnt very strong yet. After him defeating Crocodile, Enel, Rob Luccy, and Moria, I was wondering how the hell there could be stronger opponents. Kuma was strong, but Luffy never encountered him while being in full health. Basically, Magellan was an eye-opener, but I guess that we're now getting a glimpse of how big the world of one-piece really is in terms of strength. Roger was one of those that stood on top of that world.

What we're seeing now is not just how puny Luffy still is, it's also how great he and his crew are supposed to become.

Shanks is Irish. He has red hair, and his hometown produces quality liquor. He might be an Irish american though.

I suspect that Aikainu is American though.

What if it wasnt Dadan, but DoDON. Which means Tom didnt die, but trained luffy to be a pirate shipwright. I remember Luffy showing off his awesome shipbuilding skills several times during the manga, the latest being Amazon Lily.

In the end all strawhats will find their way back to rayleigh, which will be their reunion. Whale sharks sounds stupid. Are they going to ride the knockupstream to pickup Nami?

Every strawhat is currently at an island for some powerup. We know that Nami will most probably learn how to control the weather to extends, upgrading her clima-tempo. Franky is at the birthplace of vegapunk, which means he'll have new machinery. Brook becomes the devil, and Usopp learns more cunning tricks at trick-island.

I suspect that after they conquered their difficulties, they ally the locals who might give them a ride to the Shabondy Arpilego. I do not suspect oda will cover this extensively, They'll just be shown in small stages, like sanji running around being chased by okama's, and dressing up as one (for whatever reason) after. I suspect the next Sanji scene will be something like crying okama's waving him goodbye while they boat him towards the Thousand Sunny.

Whitebeard races to safe ace, but dies from cardiac arrest on the way to marineford. The whole whitebeard crew, thinking it's insane to take on the marines + shichibukai, will defect and go terrorize the east blue instead.
