That was not it in any shape or form.
Hopefully that shit (especially the Wiz Khalifa mashup; didn't think I could like Wiz even less) was born out of the slimy hands of some decrepit coke-bottle glasses otaku/weeaboo.
I just got MF Grimm's first record a couple days ago, which has got a super inspirational background story (read about it on Grimm's wiki page); it's pretty good. Grimm can get a bit grating at times, but Doom shows up to salvage any flotsam and Grimm himself pumps out at least eight dope cuts. Eventually I'll listen to his 3-hour opus "American Hunger," which I've heard nice things about too.
