What's going on in the bit where Franky says "aniki"? Is he joking Zoro should use that for him?
This is how I interpret it (though I could be wrong):
If you think back to Johnny and Yosaku, they referred to Zoro as their "aniki", which was a sort of friendly-yet-respectful way of calling him their "big brother". Franky Family also referred to Franky as their "aniki" – again, friendly-yet-respectful way of saying "you're the boss, we'll follow your orders".
So what Franky is doing in this scene, is basically saying to Zoro: "if something that small rattled your confidence this badly -- then we shouldn't be considered equals. You should consider yourself as one of my followers instead..."
Which of course is why Zoro responds: "HELL NO!"
...so yeah, if this is any indication of things to come, then the Alpha battle now has three combatants, not two.
