I have a theory, that maybe Dragon is linked to Nami somehow. Nami has that weird ability to sense weather, and it hasn't really been explored. We know Nami was orphaned in a war. It wouldn't be so far fetched to say something like Dragon and Nami are from a clan of people that can manipulate weather.
All we know about Dragon so far is that he is from Goa Kingdom, Garp is his father(Who shows no sign of weather abilities), his son is Luffy(Who shows no weather abilities), The mother of his child has not been seen, and his mother has not been seen.
What we know about Nami's past is that her village was supposedly attacked by Pirates, the Marines were called in, a very violent battle happened, and Nojiko and Nami were orphaned. Now in the current story, we know Nami can sense weather, when a storm is approaching and such. Now it would not be like Oda to not go into this, as she is the only crew member who has a strange ability not Devil Fruit related, or explained.
We know that the World Government is not afraid to extinguish entire groups of people on something like the assumption they know dangerous knowledge, and people like Akainu will easily kill the innocent in the name of "Justice".
Dragon is a revolutionary. We know he is from a corrupt kingdom, the son of one of the strongest Marines, and contains some strange connection with the weather, as seen in Loguetown and whenever he is seen, it is sitting out in the wind.
Perhaps Nami and Dragon are apart of a clan of people who can manipulate the weather. My theory is that Dragons mother, or wife was one of these people also. The clan must have been divided and largely hunted down by the government.
Dragon was not raised as harshly as Ace and Luffy to be a Marine, and Garp didn't pressure him. During this time, he became aware of the corruption in the kingdom, and either his mother or future wife became aware of his ability and showed him how to use it. A WG official in Goa discovered this, and had either Dragon's mother or wife assassinated.
In both cases this would lead to Dragon rebelling, and leaving, and him splitting off from his father, as he probably would not think the government would do so at such a point in time.
Because of this incident the WG starts searching the rest of East Blue for any others, they discover Nami's parents(And possibly others) are also people who can use this ability, and seek to hunt them, with the excuse they are Pirates. By the time Bellemere began fighting, the fight was violent enough that the people could be seen as Pirates.
Maybe Dragon's tattoo's are symbols from his clan, maybe he met up with them when starting the revolution.

Theory: Luffy will destroy Fishman Island due to the message Robin reads from the Ponegylph. No real support to back it up, just putting together loose ends. Also, Luffy did say to his crew that he had much to tell them so perhaps Rayleigh hinted at the Words of the Writers of the Poneglyph. Again, just speculation.

Not just a pirate, a great pirate (as Lola said). Also the huge lips on the jolly roger obviously signify the family trait.
Still, that's an obvious thing Oda would do. Whenever something like this happens, and it seems like a dead giveaway, we get thrown off by some awesome reveal.

A lot of people are not speculating, saying that it is therefore possible to gain a second Df power or saying that BB's power is stealing others powers. I don't know how BB stole that power but I'm sure no one else can do it and it's a power he has that's going to let him steal hundreds of powers, instead i think the key is here.

First of all that incident on jaya was them referring to BB's crew.
Second, if he was really hiding a siamese twin on his body, then why in the world would he walk around barely covered with his shirt? And if he actually had a twin, multiple people in one, ect. He wouldn't be the one to have control over the fruit powers that they posses, so multiple fruits would be pretty much useless since he couldn't use them at all. I'm not even gonna try to cover the rest of this bullshit since it would just be beating a dead horse.

Luffy will donate blood to Hodi Jones at some point, after he ODs on ES/is gravely injured in battle/both. Thus setting the stage for a process of reconciliation in human-fishmen relations, as this will mirror Fisher Tiger's death but instead of losing their leader and champion because of fear and racism the fishmen will see a human selflessly giving his blood to save his life. Fits like a glove to me.

I think the reason why we have another villain similar to Arlong is to develop a different outcome. This situation has become more complex that simply getting a nakama back and punishing the bad guy. With all that Saboady business Hodi's hate toward humans becomes something that can be changed. hodi is like Arlong right before he reaches the point of no return. I think things are becoming much more 3-dimensional now that the crew is heading into the new world. Past villains are coming back and showing character/depth. Crocodile being reintroduced as someone who's more than just a diabolical villain is a prime example. We'll obviously eventually be learning more about Crocodile's past and probably Moria's past.

It is probably not seeing past the perceived battles.
People wanting the square off and battle and defeat - storyline and exposition seems to be a little too much waffle for some.
So with little emphasis placed on who is the "big" villian Luffy "has" to fight speculation is run rife - remember Kuro - Arlong - Krieg - Crocodile - Lucci where all stated by Luffy as the ones he would beat - this one looks to be more of a redemption storyline so having a big boss battle while it will happen is secondary to what will happen after. Or at least as I see it at the moment.

People see Decken as a villain, because he hasn't shown anything really of his intrests besides being a creepy stalker. He only allied with Jones for a higher chance of getting her.

I was on Mangahelpers.com and I came across an interesting theory that somebody made about where One Piece is. Credit goes to Geez on MH.
Well, for quite a long time I have these thoughts about One Piece… some weird coincidences that needed to be cleared. These are only hypothesis and i'm aware that they can be totally wrong
First of all, this "Weather Accident" is nothing like luck to me. I am pretty sure that someone in Gol D. Roger's crew made this happen. And if that's actually true and Raftel a real island impossible to reach, it would explain how these people are able to go anywhere they want despite the elements. The gift to hear all voices may have turned Gold Roger in a natural log pose, thus capable to guide his ship in the wildest seas.
I have read somewhere that Oda built the name Loguetown from "prologue" and "epilogue". We can assume it's about Roger… A same place, two different times : a start and an end (which created another start ). What if Oda cooked the same thing for Raftel ?
I always thought that Raftel was a place that contained the ruins of the old kingdom, the one that fell during the void century. Maybe an intact city. And, like Atlantis, which technology was also hyper advanced, the city have been hidden in a precise purpose, becoming a place normally impossible to reach.
Besides, since a few weeks, some people began to speak about Davy Jones because of the data book and it made me think about Pirates of Caribbean (ok it MAY not be the best reference here... lol). In the movie, they went to the end of the world to find Davy Jones' locker and in order to get outta there, they had to flip their boat upside down.
Two ideas crossed my mind :
1- the end of the world in One Piece would be in fact the same place that starts it : Reverse Mountain. This idea reminds a lot the "loguetown thing" Oda thought about.
2- If Raftel is there, it has to be under it and upside down. The gravity issue explains why Reverse Mountain is like this. It also implies that Raftel is not on Grand Line, and thus explains the magnetic field problem.
Edit: Since i posted it, i thought about it and added 2 ideas :
1- For me, the void century is a war that occurred between the fallen kingdom and another one (or a coalition) now represented by Marijoa. That's why, the better place to hide the old Nobles enemies' city is there, at the opposite of the world.
2- Now it may look stupid but in every Pirate story, there is a treasure. To reach this treasure, there is most of the time a treasure map with a beautiful " X" on it. I wondered whether we saw it in One Piece, in any kind of situation and there I found it ! The four canals that "push" water from Reverse Mountain form a big giant "X". It might be a coincidence… an artful coincidence
The ' X ' on the map is also the point where all the four oceans converge, so logically it should also be the point where you would find all the fish from each quadrant of the sea: North, East, South and West like Sanji stated all blue to be.
So 'All Blue' is also under 'Reverse Mountain'.

I dig that theory quite a bit, the weather thing aside. Raftel being under (or perhaps inside, rather) Reverse Mountain has always sat right with me, and those reasons ("X marks the spot", "opposite Mariejois", explains why it's so hard to get there, the end is at the beginning) only make it more awesome. I definitely think this has a chance of happening, and that it's a little "too in your face the whole time-ish" only makes it better.

I would very much enjoy to see this happening as we know darn well Luffy is not a killer. (Based on theory and speculation only) If Oda took this route I could see Hodi flat on the floor, glaring up at the sky, with him frustrated losing to Luffy and perhaps grieving that he was born a Fishman instead of a human since it seems they cannot win. Near-death, Luffy could walk over, extend a hand say something along the lines of, "There's no superiority over Fishmen and Humans. We're all alive so let's just live without qualms". Or something cheesy like that. :P But still, it'd be nice if Hodi's first human friend was our Monkey D. Luffy. :D

Luffy is known for going overboard in bad situations, like when Don Krieg was trying to take over the Baratie and things were getting out of hand Luffy just decided to destroy the whole thing rather than let Krieg have the ship. My theory is that things on Fishman Island are going to go really bad in some way, and luffy will find out how to destroy something supporting the entire island and destroy it. He may also do something like that so that Fishmen and Merpeople are no longer segregated from the entire world, and over time things between Humans and Fish/Merpoeple would get better. Luffy has a surprising way of seeing the bigger picture of things when others can't.
