Luffy fights for the fruit, gets it (somehow) and then again 'somehow' it's revealed the reason blackbeard can have more than 1 devil fruit is something to do with the D and Luffy then eats Aces fruit. I'm not interested in what happens with the tournament so much as that key little item and it's purose

As for the Baby 5 fruit, she's not a logia, someone on the last page already explained it perfectly (in as much as it's the most we can get from what we already know). She turns into weapons, therefore after turning into a missile she can reform after detonation, otherwise as previously mentioned, it'd be fairly suicidal. It's a paramecia! :)

Why is everyone talking like the Vergo fight is over? Laws power is to pull people apart while they're still alive no? Granted we didnt see Law make an operating room this time but I really struggle to believe a guy like Vergo would just be out of the game.

You may call me ridiculous, but something about this weeks episode seems to suggest to me the possibility of Vegapunk being one of the last crew members. I mean, Luffy's got everything a crackpot team would need right now except for a scientist. It's only a vague possibility, i'm not set on it, what do you think?

Dear god if that first bit were true I would never trust anything ever again. And yet I want it so much. I dont think they'd go around 'taking down' these rings of ner-dowells individually (once it's fodder, it cannot be unfoddered) but I can see Luffy fighting all the leaders when he sees the connection between them and the problems they're causing and taking it all out, top-down.

What if there's an DF user whose power is to control water and DF users arent actually weak to sea water it's just that because he's been there forever part of his power is to be able to weaken those in water he's connected to (The entire ocean).

Just because we know shanks would be nice about it doesnt mean he's as easy to find, it's not like they've got a directory enquiries haha. We can't know the situation it came about in but she probably wasnt his first choice

I find it interesting how few of people think Blackbeard is the main villian. There's not really anyone else with as much potential to be a danger to the crew as him, I mean he's already stolen the power of the 'strongest man in the world' plus his own devil fruit is dangerous as hell. Even if he doesnt acquire more how the hell are they going to beat him? And his crew is becoming sort of an anti-strawhats, they've all got specialties that could roughly be matched against them. Shiliew - Zoro, Van Auger - Usopp, San Juan Wolf - Monster Chopper, Jesus Burgess - Sanji. Rough matches anyway, idk. I can just see them both getting stronger and seeing a lot of each other but not fighting much the whole way through and having a huge fight at the end each matched up to a member of the opposite crew.
I'm going for blackbeard for the time being.
