Didn't liked this chapter. It gave me Punk Hazard vibes (the arc I like the least in OP), can't really explain. And for some reason I instantly disliked this tengu guy since last chapter… also can't really explain.
Last week, first thought I had once finishing the chapter was "I hope Luffy tells immediately that Ace is dead instead of keeping that in secret for cheap drama later". So I liked that part in particular. But in general, for an arc that barely started, there has been some situations in the past 2 chapters that I felt were handled poorly or in a forced manner to get to a specific end (like the way the SH handled the whole whirlpool situation - it didn't made much sense, but apparently was needed to leave Luffy alone and the rest to stick together -, now the tengu saying Luffy could meet his allies but not saying who the allies are*, even the whole cursed sword thing seemed handled in a very contrived way to have Luffy end up carrying it).
Also, am I the only one thinking the Zoro reveal would have worked much better if we didn't saw him 3 chapters ago? Oh well, anyways, aside from the contrived situations I mentioned above, I think the main reason I disliked the chapter was because it focused on things I personally don't care about (Ace, the swords, tengu guy), so it's more on me, really… better luck on the 913 for me.
EDIT:
- = according to MS, that line about "my allies will give food and treatment" was said by Luffy (meaning Sanji and Chopper). If it is so, then it's fine.
