They don't really need to be enemies for Zoro to cut Pedro, just a misunderstanding. Remember that cactus island when the SHs first entered the Grand Line? Zoro & Luffy had a disagreement/misunderstanding and fought each other? Zoro have some slashes (likely shallow 'tis a scratch!' as no stiches were ever shown) to Luffy's chest then.
This is true but that "misunderstanding" though couldn't happen until Wano arc IF Pekoms comes back to fight Kaido for Zou, his homeland. That is a long time from now.

If this translation is to be believed then Cobra is going with Vivi. With the cover story I originally thought Vivi would set out with him. She'll probably do most of the talking. Though I suppose if Robin wants to set things straight with her misdeeds she'll need to talk to Cobra as well.
We've seen the Reverie before but now boy be it good or bad the Straw Hat influence will be really significant.
On the side that will ultimately be a positive for the Straw Hats even if the following kingdoms/world leaders can't outright admit it:
-Vivi with Alabasta
-Dalton at Sakura
-Elizabello from Prodence(?)
-Riku of Dressrosa
-The Neptunes of Fishman Island
-That random King saved by Usopp at Dressrosa
-Ice Berg if he counts
Then you've got guys like Wapol on the other end. Despite probably getting a better life he probably still holds a grudge. In like 4 years time, seeing all these people together with the promise of Fujitora in attendance will be amazing!
Are there any kings/queens in North, South, West, or East Blue? Seems all the kingdoms so far are in the Grand Line.
I hope to see old and new faces at Reverie. If Fujitora is there why not Green Bull? :wassat:

I guess they will get some shine whenever the spotlight shines on Inuarashi, Momo, Wanda, and Sicilian probably staying on Zou. Maybe Jack returns? Or Weevil? Another enemy?

And there's plenty of ways for Zoro to cut diamond, if he manages to cut sea stone then he should also be able to cut diamond, since sea stone is as hard as diamond.
I just don't think that Oda would throw that kind of detail out there, without it being relevant in the future. And yes as of now, but who knows what Oda has in store for us, when it comes to BM.
And I seem to recall Pekoms carrying a sword too. :happy:
True…Zoro could just cut Seastone which equals diamond in hardness. But what if Seastone doesn't have a "breath" to hear therefore not being able to cut? :wassat:
