That is really true with portuguese words. Vidro means glass in portuguese, but in japanese "bidoro" is a musical instrument. Tempero means seasoning in portuguese, but in japanese, "tenpura" is a typical frying style. It's funny, actually 
in the end, I think both "Charisma" and "Champion" are good translations. And the cover looks amazing I want it badly!

Kyros doesn't really fit anywhere. The alliance is on the top, the Block guys are in the middle and the Dwarves on the bottom.

That sounds way too crowded. I don't think the Family would be there either, since they play no role in the current chapters.
My bet would be Doflamingo and Luffy about to clash, maybe with a Gear Fourth tease, with the Rikus behind or below and in various states of tears. Probably add characters like Gatz or Law somewhere too.

Just as an interesting bit of trivia, this is Law's eighth appearance on a volume cover meaning that he's now been on more covers than Brook! Brook's actually only been on three covers post time-skip which is not only less than Law and all the other Straw Hats it's also less than Smoker and Kyros (who've both been on four although two of Kyros' were in his Thunder Soldier form).
What I'm saying is that we're really due a cover with Brook on.
