Takarada part was cool and funny to read, but Satsuki is completely wrong is written to downgrade!
Is easy to prove that what is written abou Satsuki is totally wrong!

This is perfect on too many different levels.
The best one by far is Foghorn Leghorn as Gamagoori XD
I'm in love with the OST
Stream ended. That was a great episode.
! Satsuki is a great character. Loved all the character progress for her this episode, it was easy to understand even without subs. Just sad that Ryuuko is so flip-floppy in terms of that.
Oh lol
! when they were eating Sukuyo's croquettes… Did you see Gamagoori's? xD
! The ending with Mako showing up in her fight uniform made the episode 1000000/10

WHAT AM I LOOKING AT?!
As for episode, I don't think I'm going to be able to handle what's coming next, I mean that ENDING!
When's the sub out?
I need the preview. Need!
I ignored this anime the first time it came out, now I think its time to dive in, it has enough episodes.
A question though? Does it have love-story or fanservice in it? This two things always turn me away from most animes.
I watched this episode thanks to someone, again, turning it on while I was in the same room. I couldn't look away. It's good…yeah. I loved every character's action in it, and this show is great when the plot seems to be moving. This show has just, broken my heart too many times. Every time something awesome is happening, it pulls the rug out from under me. It happened when Nui appeared, it happened when everyone went to Osaka, it happened when Satsuki blew up that podium, and it kinda happened again when…
! Nui got saved. It was so lazily done! I do not like her, even as a viewer observing the character. I wish she was never in the show. Her character is nothing by psychosis and mystery, and like too many anime in general, once the mystery is gone it turns out it's boring. She's has brought nothing to this show and is ultimately a waste of time.
I've never had so much turmoil watching an anime before. I like it when I watch it, then after it's done I remember all these frustrating flaws (like, except for the last five minutes, nothing happened in episode 13). I don't trust this show anymore, and assuming I can get said someone to stop watching it while I'm around, I want to wait until it's over before watching the rest.
On the positive…yes Mako in her suit was great, and god I love that sea monster design. Please keep things up, please.
! Mako using Goku uniform was a massive turn off. Fucking stupid. Why do useless characters always have major fighting roles when they shouldn't? The two sisters' transformation at the end was amazing though, great episode with a great set up.
Satsuki is both my favorite character and the best character by far in this show for me.
BASED CAPTAIN IS BACK! Finally, my favourite character got the best uniform in the series - instantly the quality of the whole episode jumped by a 1000%!
^^ Same here. Satsuki really is a great character. Rewatched it with subs. The Life Fiber monster and Nui just went up on the creepy level for me, too. I don't particularly care for Mako that much overall, but her uniform was pretty damn cool.
So yeah, great episode, with a heartwarming, simple moral.
I really enjoyed this episode from beginning to the end.
! especially seeing Nui go crazy

There's no love story in this show. There's definitely fanservice in it, but you'll probably get used to it. I really don't like fanservice either. But if the characters are self-aware about it and/or there's a point to it, which this show does, then I don't mind it.

Then it seems you won't see this. It has fanservice but Its a great anime if you can get past that.

Just watch the first episode and decide yourself. If fanservice is such a nogo for you, don't waste your time.
I waited for the eventual villanous breakdown. And goddamn, it was worth it.
What a great episode! It's great having Ryuko back and Nui's breakdown was oh so satisfying. So many great moments in this episode alone that I know the finale is going to be satisfying.
On another note Gamagoori and Mako truly is the OTP
! Them Mako-croquettes

Have I missed something, because I have no clue how is she useless character?

I was irritated, she's a good character. She just shouldn't have anything to do with fighting, it's the typical random "throw character to be hidden badass" because we want them to have more relevant screen time. It was a tainted moment in a great episode.

I thought it was indicated plently times during anime that she's pretty strong?

One other episode, it was pretty cheesy then as it is now.

Why just one, we get gist of it all over again. She's always so fast and so overflowing with energy.
Not to mention resilient as hell!
And her covers was huge. Anyway the Goku Uniform gives you strength even if you're a normal human so she should be just fine helping until the the Gamagoori and the others get the ultras (which I'm assuming are their new goku uniforms).
Rei talking to Nui while Nui's bleeding on her
That's some mighty fine gallows humor there.
Good episode, certainly made me hate Satsuki less. I wonder if Nui is going to fight like that giant dog in Dark Souls.
I suppose you already know this. The final episode of Kill la Kill is going straight to DVD. That means a few months of wait before it gets uploaded.

Are you talking about the OVA? Because I'm pretty sure that's not going to be that won't be that related to the plot.

Man, you had to break my fun, uh. I expected a reaction along the lines of "fucking Trigger, why are they doing us this". But I suppose I'm bad at trolling the forums.
I remember thinking watching the previous episodes "too bad Mako's two-star uniform was cut, otherwise she could fight aswell"; that was so good.
Also, awesome fanart http://nargyle.tumblr.com/post/79392212456/i-did-a-kill-la-kill-illustration-of-my-favorite
Mako had a reason to hold back before, now she has none! Those COVERS better brace themselves for the beating they are about to receive.
If earth exploded with Life fibers wouldn't most of them be stuck in lifeless planets and end up in the sun? Like would the force of the explosion be enough to carry them to other habitated planets in our solar system or galaxy? That's what they depend on for movement right?

If they don't hit something or get caught in something else's orbit, they should keep going forever.
Sort of like Voyager. Only faster.
That was a great episode! I'm also watching KLK btw, saw all of it last week.^^
Besides the things which were already mentioned (Nui's breakdown, Satsuki, Mako), I also really liked how they showed the previously fought club captains as well as Iori finally having a transformation. I just like when all characters of a show get remembered in some way and I especially felt that Iori got pushed aside quite a bit until now. I really like his design and he is a Three Star even!
Pumped for the last two (or are there three?) episodes.

Iori was always a Three Star. He was just hiding it the whole time in order to not attract Ragyo's interest.

Two and one extra episode that will be included in the DVD release. It's unrelated to the main plot, though.
Holy shit was this so stupid and epic.

I think Trigger wouldn't waste the chance to make an "epic" moment go for their lives.
I mean, yeah, logically you're right, but illogically, basically what this show presented us with so far, it make perfect fucking sense.

That depends of the Explosion force and the Course that it would throw most of the Life Fibers.
Unless all the other planets were positioned in a unbelievable perfect manner, majority of the Life Fibers would go to outer space. Now, counting the asteroid belt, if an asteroid could stop the movement of a Life Fiber, than that would be a problem.

With this show anything goes so you're right. I just found it stupid. The rest of the episode is absolutely fantastic though.
That ending, That ending…. YES! A THOUSAND TIMES YES!
Ahaha, both KLK and Log Horizon had random Gundam jokes this week.

I laughed out loud when Satsuki named the two more prominent characters we saw at the start of the series, then just said "etc!" for the rest.
[INTERNAL SCREAMING.]
A question though? Does it have love-story or fanservice in it? This two things always turn me away from most animes.
Is your problem with fanservice fanservice itself? Or how it's needlessly plastered everywhere, ruins characters, and often kills the atmosphere a scene is trying to set?
Here's the dealio: YES, there is fanservice. HOWEVER, this show has dealt with it MUCH better than most other anime I've seen. After the first few episodes, you get used to Senketsu and it barely registers after that. All the "omg ur in a skimpy outfit so hawt" goes away and the composition of most of the shots has it so you're not being directed to look at her boobs or anything.
Heck, there're even times where some of the characters are naked, yet the scenes aren't used for fapbait or anything (and there's no special attention given to the male gaze). It's great.
(Also there're no big romantic subplots so rest easy there.)
! Mako using Goku uniform was a massive turn off. Fucking stupid. Why do useless characters always have major fighting roles when they shouldn't?
!
Also because she's the main supporting heroine, so it'd be a waste if she DIDN'T have an awesome badass moment of sorts.
There's one thing Mako has in common with Nui.
They have the power of "cartoon space". As in, Who Framed Roger Rabbit logic.
Laughing my ass off at this.
That was oddly funny even tho I don't understand a word they are saying. Mako and Gamagori are so in-character "out of character". Especially Mako.
Speaking of, I feel like re-watching the show the look around for my favorite background gag. I'm not sure if anyone noticed, but occasionally this really tiny bunny would show up somewhere with Mako and I'm honest to god pondering how reoccurring it is. It's like pandaman to me.
