Not to offend anyone, so I won't say much but do you really think Doflamingo is on the same level as Crocodile? Hell, if anything that page I provided you exactly shows that they're not, even the Fleet Admiral of the Marines were CONFUSED on the matter.. Sakazuki went to Mariejois to try and resolve that. Fujitora can't act due to that.. please tell me you can understand that..

The confusion was due to the Warlord resignation/resignation retraction debacle which Doflamingo pulled through CP0. He was still very much under suspicion due to the events at Punk Hazard; Fujitora says that him being Joker would be serious business, and Doffy asks him to provide proof (how on earth they did't have any proof after Punk Hazard is beyond me).

Now, its not a question of suspicion anymore. Fujitoras groups are first hand witnesses to Doflamingo comitting an offense to the law of ASTRONOMICAL proportions. Marines are being used to murder innocents. Theres no wriggle room left for Doffy, no misinformed reports or retractable statements. Saying Doffy should be protected because of that scene is like saying that if a druglord avoided being convicted because of insuficcient/tampered evidence, he'd ALSO be safe to just go shoot off someones head in front of a police officer directly afterwards.

@bold 2 I can't argue with that, but IF the first misinformed report stayed intact and Fujitora is still waiting for Sakazuki to clear things up with Mariejois/World Nobles, which helps due to the fact that they can't contact outside Birdcage then you'd see why he's in a predicament. Not leaving the possibility that Fujitora will act, for his own justice, mind you.

I for one found this chapter almost completely pointless.

Not complaining, Oda has the luxury to make a bad chapter or another since he always delivers great ones. But still, I thought this one felt really stretched with the whole hunt part taking almost a whole chapter and having enough content for just 3 pages. Also, it seems that for a while now Usopp funny scenes fail miserably to get me.

At the same time, they calm the populace down.

And Fujitora goes after the mastermind himself, Doflamingo, stripping him from the Shichibukai status and dealing with him personaly.

That's a good plan... if that's what he has in mind.

Can he revoque Doflamingo his title? he revoqued Law's because of the alliance with Strawhat, but apparently he hasn't got a legal reason to revoque Doflamingo's yet.

I'm reserving my judgment on Fujitora's decision to target the alliance instead of Doflamingo for later. We don't know yet what exactly he has in mind by doint that.

Best thing in this chapter though is Zoro's Den Den Mushi . Somebody needs to ask Oda to draw the Den Den Mushi for every Straw Hat crew members.

The only characters I see turning heel at this point are the ones who were scumbags to begin with. Burgess, Jean Ango, Dagama, Funk Brothers, Jeet, Abdullah and perhaps Blue Gilly. Cavendish is a bit of a wild card that I could see going either way. He did say he'd drop his grudge against Luffy, but he only said that under duress, and who knows if that clemency extends to Zoro and Law as well. Ah and we can't forget about Hakuba who will attack anything and everything in sight regardless of whether or not they are friend or foe.

Dunno why people are so surprised fuji isn't doing anything against Doflamingo.
1st Doflamingo already said it's complicated, when asked when he was a celestial Dragon. So fuji mostlikely knows there's something going on but not what so he can't make any hasty decisions because it might come back to bite him.
2nd Doflamingo is a King
3rd Fuji already mentioned in a previous chapter that he would turn a blind eye to whatever Dofla was gonna do.

Doflamingo pretty much explained everything to everyone. He didn't said "I am making them attack each other", but anyone with a half brain would be able to put things together.

What is different with the citizens is that they are seeing this is the same that happened 10 years ago and finding out Riku was being controled as well.

I think people are misinterpreting Fujitora's comment. Notice how he says the target is the strawhat alliance not Doflamingos targets in fact it only covers 2/3rds of the targets. He seems to be reasoning that Doflamingo has made himself uncatchable for the time being and as such they should as such continue to target the alliance to minimize the chaos created.

except for the fact that Doffy is the reason why the citizens are going wild seeing he is controlling them. Take him down, the bird cage disappears and the country can quite down once more. It might be possible that Fuji wants one of the Shichibukai to make a mistake so appalling that the WG can't look past it anymore to have more leverage to take down the entire concept of the Shichibukai. I'm really more and more under the impression that Oda is implementing string theory in One Piece. I mean the way Doflamingo can apparently create clones and even TV screens with his strings heavily supports that. If that's the case though, he can pretty much create anything, because the foundation of all matter are tiny strings according to that theory in theoretical physics.

Where to begin with this chapter..

Well i really loved this one, a lot of comedy, set up and yet another week my predictions have been correct.

Fujitora is not against Doflamingo. I got told i was stupid for mentioning this. Oh how i was right. Fujitora and Doflamingo made a deal in the palace and it will so far be kept. Bastille does not know about this and you can see how quickly Fujitora objected to Bastille mentioning the fact that they should go for Doflamingo.

Great job to people who called issho to pin down people with gravity. Doffy is smart and making Fujitora an enemy is just adding to his own problems.

My theory toward Kaido was correct. If you take out Doflamingo, why would Kaido go for Doflamingo? He would be going for the people who messed him up. Now Im glad all this "defeat Doffy and then Kaido will come and kill him" discussions are off. I really did get sick of it in the end.

This leads to my other theory of the Doflamingo plan to take down Kaido or another emperor. People thought that Doflamingo is protecting the factors because if it gets destroyed Kaido will come. No. Doflamingo is a smart man andhe knows that Kaido won't come because someone defeated him. But he will go after those who defeated him or destroyed the factory.

This means Doflamingo really does have a massive plan to take down Kaido in which I've elaborated on in another thread as to what the smiles are there for etc.

Gotta love Usopp! Was laughing the entire time.

Fujitora is allied with Doflamingo. Fujitora said himself "no matter what comes to the surface of this country, i am just a blind man and see nothing".

Everyone on the island is currently shouting "My body is acting on its own!" "Someone stop me!" "I'm being controlled!" "This is just like 10 years ago WHICH MEANS DOFLAMINGO FRAMED THE KING BACK THEN, I AM SHOUTING THIS JUST IN CASE ANY MARINES STANDING AROUND WERE CURIOUS"
Meanwhile, on a massive loudspeaker system, Doflamingo announces stuff like
"I could've ruled with terror from the start…but now you know the truth about me!"
"You will never escape!"
"You will all die!"
"The terror will go on endlessly!"
"Your neighbors will kill families, friends will kill friends, and people will kill those they should protect"

The last one is said over a panel of a terrified marine shooting randomly. Anyone with 1/10th of a brain can see that huh, maybe Doflamingo is the one making people attack each other!?!?!?!!? Least of all a marine Admiral. Come on, you can't be this much in denial.

Again, theres two highly distinct illegal activities going on here. Shady doings at Punk Hazard, with insuficcient evidence. AND now, the murdering of an entire country with boatloads of evidence.
And the very fact that he's in contact with no one currently allows him to act upon nobodys judgement but his own. Go finish off Doflamingo, no one will be able to sprout bureucratic bullshit orders at Fuji until then. And when communications back online, Fujitora can claim any excuse he damn well pleases. Doffy jumped him, and he acted in self defense. Case closed.

Barto's fanboy freakout was great. I wonder if he's going to appoint himself Usopp's protection.
Interesting who Dofla isn't aware of or discounted. Hack probably won't be a factor but looking forward to Barto and Koala playing a large part. Maybe the Tontatta will finally play a useful part in the proceedings.
