You are just assuming that Burgess is one of the strongest in BB's crew simply because he is commander of 1st division. But there is no hint whatsoever that the commander of the 1st division is the strongest in BB's crew. Maybe he gave him this position because he trust him more? Maybe it was because Burgess was the first one to join BB? Maybe the number of the commmander in BB's crew are reversed like the 10th commander is the strongest, then followed by the 9th (which makes Burgess the weakest one lmao)? Maybe the numbers don't have any signification whatsoever?

So Burgess fanboys or (in this case) Sabo haters calm down.

Honestly the best chapter of 2015 thus far, It's been a while since I felt like this while reading a chapter of one piece, so fucking good!
Law's explanation to why he survived was logic, doffy's emergency chirurgical technique to survive was very creative from Oda, And Luffy's final action got me hyped…. what do you want more? It's the first time since I don't know how many chapter that I'm actually waiting for the next one.

I can understand people complaining about trebol, and he is one of (if not my) favourite character from Doffy's family, but I'm not waiting anything special from him since the other top executive's performance.

Luffy vs Dofla should be awesome, waiting for a new gear and new original techniques from Doffy.

Honestly, while I can see Laffite vs brook or nami being a great fight, for me Lafitte will fight Sanji and here is why ;

-They can both fly
-Laffite seems very crafty like sanji
-Lafitte is very agile as he was the only one to dodge ace's attack -And look at him does not he look like the stereotypical classy (French?) gentelmen (just like Sanji) + he has pretty much the same physic?

And remember BB's crew are probably the latest if not one of the latest enemy of the SH crew, so their level should give us a hint as to how strong the mugui will become, Zoro will fight someone as strong as Magellan who is, I believe, admiral level, Sanji sould have pretty much an opponent of the same caliber, do you really see Burgess being as strong as fujitora? I personally don't.
