A) Wrong. You can't add stuff just to prove right something latter. The Lizard was shown walking with his head practically in the ground so when they attacked his head was initially practically in the ground.
B) No I'm not. How much time take for something to react to impact, specially a strong impact, almost instantaneously. Sanji and Luffy attack aren't a combo attack that comes after Zoro attack, they are independent attacks that hit almost at the same time has his attack. The Sanji and Luffy Jumping as nothing to do with the Lizard having is head up. Note that Sanji is attacking downward and Luffy sideways, even if the lizard head was still low they would have hit him the same.
C) Zoro having to hit above is just your supposition that the Lizard raised his head.
Being launched or not launched is irrelevant here. Doing a tornado that would raise the Lizard head, or sending a tornado to his already raised head or make contact making the lizard raise is head is almost the same if not the same directed force. All of them are forces similar with the force with the directional vector (0,1, 1) where (x, y, z). The tornadoes made by Zoro are basically extensions of the directed force that he applied when doing the slashes. What makes the tornado isn't a vertical movement but only the rotation.
While a tornado in real life is made of two forces. A radial constant and cyclic force in the form of a spiral elongated in the y axis and a dynamic tangential force that decides in what direction the tornado moves. In One Piece the radial force is just made by the simple rotation creating a radial force that goes up with time, making the original circumference into the elongated spiral and the direction where Zoro directs his slash turns to be the tangential force. Is the tangential force that makes the lizard head go up and that same force is just the direction of the slash, being his tornado launched or not.

I think he refers to the fact that they battled Obito for like an entire year, Sage of the Six Paths transformation inclusive, and this same chapter fucking Madara turned into the Sage of the Six Path too, thus making the whole situation re-start, just like that.
This fight is basically an eternal stalemate of epic proportions with no sense of progression whatsoever.
There's a sort of character progression, but it's really slow, and the characters aren't developed enough for us to care. I'm guessing there's going to be payoff with Obito soon, which will be necessary for actually beating Madara (figuring out how or having the means, one of the two, maybe something to do with zetsu) Regardless, it's taken too long. Kishi's pace is like a toie anime.

Well, see, I feel like in any normal story, you can get by what with a free will and all explanation and that it would've been fine as long as some asshole didn't just come waltzing in and killing the guards during that time, but with Naruto and all the crazy rules that are imposed in the village along with the ostracizing that Naruto gets later this just gets silly.

No, but she is 3 years younger than Kakashi, and Kakashi passed that exam with 6 years and it was showed in that flashback that he passed during that exam. So she didn't had 1 year at that time, but she had 3 years. Which is as bad as 1 to be honest.
Wasn't shown in that flashback Guy being promoted with Kakashi? But it was said previously that he was promoted with age 11. So?
