Some excellently flawed logic right there.
Crocodile and Lucci were major antagonists at the time, just because they got more panel time than some of the WB commanders doesn't make them equal with them lol.
By that logic, Don Krieg and Kuro are both as strong as WB commanders too lol.
Last time I checked my logic was perfectly fine. Rethink a bit yours instead of letting emotions take away your ability of seeing things in a bit wider perspective.
Croco and Lucci could have had fights with likes of Curiel any Day. Croco wasnt afraid to fight with Jinbe, Jozu, Doflaming etc. While he gotten wounded during war he for sure was as strong as some WB commanders(not top tiers but still). Lucci was praised by Vice Admirals and even Kuma commented on fact that nobody expected Rob Lucci to fall in fight with Luffy- Kuma was sent to help Moria not get beaten and Moria took this as insult, just to fall to Luffy later on(circumstancial but still a fall).
Luffy already fought and won with people of decent caliber in first part of story. Now he is around strength of Ace and while he most probably cant hope to survive 1 on 1 with yonko, he can most probably beat any of his underlings thanks to his new skills and enormous balls that he always had.
