Jimbei fought Ace With Mera Mera No Mi and it was a draw and that was the 3rd matchup on your list. As for the other fights I would say the 1st outcome sounds right (Ace win) even when BB had his fruit and they fought it was still a draw but BB had backup with him and Ace did not, the 2nd fight would have been a draw most likely as its two logia's and they would just cancel each other out as in my opinion Ace and Smoker would be roughly the same strength and skills wise (with or without haki), and the 4th outcome would of course be WB win.

A bounty isn't going to make Luffy stronger. Think about it, if Luffy beats Doflamingo with his current moves we know of (Gear 2nd/3rd, gattling, elephant etc) that wouldn't make a difference, Jinbe would still be on top because Luffys actual power hasn't changed from when Jinbe and Luffy last met and only the reputation has changed which is beating Doflamingo (personally i can see Luffy beating Jinbe now, just other people think otherwise).
If Luffy pulls out some new powerful moves then yeah, to people he will be stronger than Jinbe.
When he beats Doffy it will be enough, it will show his increased threat to the WG and that he has grown beyond what he was when jimbei saw him last, that will be enough evidence to show that at the very least Jimbei is no longer stronger and that is what is required before he can join. Power levels are meaningless in this manga but Doffy's scalp will show that Luffy is strong enough to have someone like Jimbei in his crew, if you ask me I suspect that both Zolo and Luffy are stronger than Jimbei now on land (remember he fought Ace to a standstill on land pre timeskip), but they will never be as strong as he is in water which is why he is so valuable as a new nakama.

At the war I would say Luffy would be stronger than Smoker as he was beginning to use his Haki even though he didn't really understand what he was doing, as we saw in many fights pre timeskip you don't have to understand haki to whack someone with it. Smoker's defense is pretty weak even after the 2 year timeskip (Smoker hasn't had much luck lately with his matchups tbh) so it would have been the same or worse back then, I know his fruit can disable his opponents very effectively but I very much doubt it would have worked on Luffy during the war.

Well Ace still had haki and Smoker's defense is not that great so I would say Ace most likely, to be honest it has never been clearly shown just how strong Ace's haki was or how well he could use it, if we take his draw with Jimbei as a guideline I would say Ace would still win against Smoker as his haki would have had to be at a fairly decent level to go the distance with Jimbei.

WB did want Ace to become Pirate King and Ace wanted WB to become Pirate King, truth is neither of them wanted the title themselves, which made Ace's death at Marineford all the more tragic. Ace was never the real threat… it is and always has been Luffy, they killed the wrong brother.

Well, we just have to swallow it. Devil Fruit Wise is the Gomu Gomu no mi superior to the Lightning Fruit. Devil Fruit Wise is the gomu ability the natural enemy of the lightning fruit. That includes that the gomu power cancels the lighning power to a certain degree. Same with Sakazuki and Ace. Devil Fruit Wise is the Magma power superior to the fire fruit. Altough, Sakazuki used Haki…

Well for all we know Ace totally outclassed Luffy earlier. They fought numerous times and Luffy NEVER won. If I were to make bets, and Ace and Luffy were fighting before time skip and Ace decided not to use fire powers as a handicap I still would put my money on Ace.
We also saw how during these battle Luffy would try to use the Gomu even throught he couldn't do nothing useful with it.

I don't mind either way really this discussion originally started about haki and whether or not Luffy may have used it unconsciously pre timeskip, one of those what-if queries that tends to go off in funny directions. 
It's more like Luffy prevented Enel from becoming intangible. Since Luffy doesn't conduct electricity, electricity can't flow through him thus Luffy is able to hit Enel. I think. I really don't know too much about how electricity works.

Electricity doesn't work that way, that protected him from the lightning attacks but does not account for him being able to hit Enel. Just chalk it up to plot armor and move on I guess. :happy:

Im pretty sure I'm correct. Enel is able to pass through things because he flows through the objects/people. He can't do that if his enemy stops him from doing so.

By now we should all know that one piece+plot+Odas logic = banana cream pie (anything can happen), so its fun to use physics to understand why particular DF can trump other DF etc… but oda does his own thing.Although Luffy is i ''immune' to electricity he shouldnt have been able to touch Enel, Enel lighting should technicaly trump magma tempreture wise, magma burning fire is dodgy science, but we accept it because its one piece, it doesnt have to make sense.

No bounty was revealed for Ivankov, but I doubt you can end in Impel Down without one. As for Bartholomew Kuma, like all schichibukai, his bounty was frozen at 296 millions, if I recall correctly.
It's a shame we don't know any other major lieutenants of Dragon, really.
Well we should learn some more about Dragon's organization now that Sabo is on the picture and when you think about it, we don't really know anything about it.
