Since Joa is top cook right now and probably the only one who possesses chief skill to reach final land, though it is a good question whether Frohze's food luck remained in Joa
Reminds me of what I was going to post earlier: It seems pretty obvious that the entire reason Joa needs Komatsu is precisely because of his food luck. My guess is that anyone who revives in the manner that Frohze did ends up losing the entirety of their food luck as a byproduct. Joa is effectively Frohze's skill and talent but entirely devoid of her previous Komatsu-level food luck.
It wouldn't surprise me if food luck inevitably gets explained away as some sort of karmic balance for how people act. Frohze/Komatsu have been portrayed as two of the most generous and caring characters throughout the entire series. As a result (seemingly) the Toriko world rewards them with a bounty of enormous food luck. Frohze's revival into Joa somehow changed her outlook and mindset, which subsequently meant that she no longer possessed the food luck that once defined her.

So, someone on another forum made a very significant observation that strongly points to the idea of Acacia being evil. In the latest chapter, Ichiryuu is very specifically withholding the honorific sama from Acacia while still applying it to Frohze. This page in particular is the best example of it:

There's no way that leaving the honorific off Acacia is unintentional. Seems to point to the idea that Ichiryuu discovered something damning about Acacia between his first fight with Midora and the present time.
