The situation he is talking is the Situation Brannew is talking, and that is expelling Law from the Shichibukai. He Explicitly say about stopping Law/Luffy, and to solidify that position he tell that he sent Fujitora (To deal with them).
Well, that is what you catch, I'm not. We have different point of view about the "situation" what Akainu said there, I catch it the situation Akainu was talking about is the situation/condition about the whole situation, not as about to expellling Law. You can stay with what you believe and I stay believe in mine.
A Expelled Shichibukai isn't a Shichibukai! Even if officially still says he his. Even if in the end he will not be expelled he will certainly get his ass kicked by Fujitora and sent to HQ or Impel Down.
LOL. Now you self declared Law is an expelled Shichibukai, and said that he's gonna sent to ID as if that gonna happen for sure. Try to predict what's gonna happen later and try act like you know ahead of anyone is different thing.

One more thing this chapter made me think of. Doflamingo having the ability to turn humans into toys. Thus creating this "living toys" world…

-Robin's face appears to have changed back to normal, good to see Oda spending time with all the Straw Hats, its good that they are having their moments to shine
-The little dwarves/gnomes are pretty cute. It's also interesting that they are really strong for their size. I think for Law and co to get out of the shitstorm they are currently in the gnomes are definitely going to have to play a part
-Usopp is going to save the day. And another of his lies are going to become true. It's great that Usopp's development from a pissweak boy to becoming much more manly is taking place :)
-The gnomes are spying on Doflamingo and co. Their kingdom must have a vendetta against him and its only natural imo that they help out the Strawhats
-Serious shitstorm incoming. How the fuck is Law going to work his way through this shit? He's going to have to deal with the marines and Doflamingo. Fuck you Oda for leaving up with this cliffhanger

That was such a great cliff hanger. To bad we won't see that scene for a few more chapters. I think oda is going to finish up the c block before he goes back to those scenes. It's only been 10 chapters into the arc and the pace of it is amazing. I reckon this wont be a 40-50 chapter arc.

Toy soldier and Rebecca being in love was suprising, but it's kinda weird that she just calls him 'soldier'. Maybe that's the reason Rebecca want's to kill Doflamingo. Maybe the toys are practically slaves around Dressrosa and she wants to be able to marry him.
I also like the fact that Dofla didn't actually resign from the shichibukai. At least it shows that Law can't just fool around with him just like that! Tough I also wonder what kind of deal was he able to pull with WG. Is Caesar gonna produce smilies from prison from now on, is Doflamingo gonna force him to tell how to produce SAD, did he exchange Caesar's freedom for some mass-murder weapons for Sakazuki or something? Besides is Fujitora totally okay with it if Caesar being left alone? He seems to care too much for citizens to let such a maniac free!

I can't wait for the reveal. My theory is that DD, usurped the previous ruler and kidnapped dwarves to help make devil fruits. They did say, there isn't a green thing that they couldn't cultivate, the DF's are probably made from SAD by the dwarves.

Speaking of, Law's plan gets an unneeded curveball. Doflamingo probably told the Marines to print a fake story to decieve him and Luffy, but I like I said in the spoiler thread....Doflamingo wants Caesar back. Law still has him, and he may salvage this.
How did Sanji get the information anyway? The sniper? Violet? And Law doesn't seem concerned at all that Usopp and Robin are missing....
Oh, and Rebecca seems to know the Toy Soldier. The fact that there's some relationship subtext in there is just too funny to me. Curious to know their story.

not only we have seen the reunion where his defection was announced,but doflamingo still has a number of crimes that were discovered by smoker at punk hazard that still put at stake his status as a shichibukai.
only thing i can think of is if he offered shinokuni to akainu (caesar said that the weapon would have akainu's attention),but to avoid kaidou's rage,doflamingo still need to keep providing smile to him and all the new world,and this is really bad for the marines if they really want to take back the new world from the pirate domination.

if somebody has said last chapet that there was gonna be a love story between rebecca and the toy soldier, i would have thought that they`d gone mental. It shows us that the crazies theorys(foxy things of) are sometimes not crazy enough to predict Oda.
Great chapter, though would have preferred if Oda had taken a two week break to have a long rest. The cliffhanger is worse.
Maybe Law will run into Kanjuro if he gets captured by DD.

And also I think the one responsible for these toys is Doflamingo it self. Since his ability is somehow related to pupet control, maybe when Dofla defeats an enemy he can turn him into a toy! Since there are a lot of people that want Doflamingo dead, I guess all of them fought against him in the past, got defeated and some of them got transformed into toys!

doflamingo has committed tons of important crimes against the world government
-he hid caesar,a wanted man worth 300 mln
-he gave to kadou and other yonkous a way to strenghten their crews with smiles
-he helped in the creation of shinokuni,a mass weapon of destruction that can kill the population of an entire island in minutes
law and luffy are not worth that much so that all that can be forgiven that easily
This was pretty okay fanservice. I generally rail against such things because it tends to be done poorly/in bad taste, but it's so rare that anything funny/cute happens with Robin that it completely works in this instance.
The problem is that there is so much they can't prove. And even then perhaps Doflamingo holds something of worth over the world government that they can't let him leave in his own devices.
One thing, Wicca was the fairy stealing Zoro's sword from the gaming house, so there's a different one on the Thousand Sunny, right?
Or does Wicca knowing of the attack imply that that one has already left and spread the Dofla family attack amongst the others? Or a different fairy noticed the attack coming and informed Wicca & the unseen TS one? However they're doing it these guys have a seriously good communication system.
Whoooooo! What a chapter! Tontatta people are epic! And it seems like the mini-map part of the arc is going to start soon.
Loved this chapter, the pace increased exponentially. I was afraid we'd be stuck in 2 chapter side mission with the dwarves but we were saved by their trusting nature and Usopp the Hero. And I'm also glad that the other straw hat's who had wandered off had already done their parts and we're just getting straight-to-the-point flashbacks of relevant information. Sanji and Violet's encounter will surely be revealed in the next chapter. Turns out that the tournament rounds pretty much saved us from skipping back and fourth between the SH's different route's more so than we could bare. But it'll all have to piece together shortly because shit's about to hit the fan. I imagine that Law could just teleport himself away given the size of his room and fight Doflamingo later since he'll be outnumbered 3 to 1 if he fights now. But whether or not he's able to get his room up in time then teleport is another thing altogether. And we don't even know if there's a limit to his teleport range (although there really shouldn't be besides his room size).
Robin always has been my favourite female in OP, both in character and sex appeal. This chapter Opening was just awesome. I don't really care what Usopp told the Dwarve's exactly, it'll surely be some over the top story which he might well be forced to follow through with but it all seems to be linked to the main objective's and shouldn't veer too much off the plot - hopefully. I'm interested to know a little more about the Dwarve's after Zorro was astounded by their strength, but that's likely just because Wicca is so tiny.
Glad to see Rebecca is linked in with this somehow, seem's like there's a lot more to the whole Toy's thing. Perhaps someone in the Donquixote family has an ability that allows for people to be turned into toy's, or their souls placed into toy's. But that may not explain the number of retarded toy's running around. It seem's more like a punishment than anything, so they'd likely be more rebellious, although making toy's come to life (a new consciousness may also be part of it, I'll wait and see). The monkey toy seemed to also be important to Rebecca? Maybe they can be fully controlled to an extent.
The big plot twist at the end was awesome. I never expected Law's plan to work out perfectly. Doflamingo is no novice and has displayed that this chapter. He must have come clean (to an extent) to someone in the Marine's or even higher up! That would have allowed him to falsify his Shichibukai resignation to the world in an attempt to corner Law (who's also a traitorous Shichibukai). I wonder though, if Smoker knowing what really happened on Punk Hazard will come to light later on. He filed a report after all. Perhaps the lure of the Straw Hat's (Captain Monkey D. Luffy, son of Dragon) plus Trafalgar Law was deemed to be of greater interest to the Marine's than Doflamingo's underworld dealings. Either way a deal seems to have been struck between the two parties, as to what exactly, or if both parties will follow through is still in the air.
