I wonder if the faries are just a tribe of dwarves that live an underground life on Dressrosa. Just a culture of sneaky little thieves that has been going on for generations.
Or…perhaps hobbits?

No seriously if that was the case then awesome putting it together!
Oh wait voice of a child. Never mind. But if those were her snow rabbits in the water that's still something.
those waves are part of a pun.Usaginami (in english "rabbit waves") is the name given to the fastest waves in the ocean
People can say that many new female characters look like Robin and Nami, but none of them is as hot as Robin and Nami.
Especially this chapter.
How about
http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/677/2
bottom middle paneland http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/705/12 the CP0 leader?
That Lucci looking guy? Hardly.. But that four elbow dude in the same page might be one of CPO.. I dont think there is too many four elbow guys running around in big leagues.
Haven't posted for ages but I've got a bit more time today so why not. First of all I didn't think that Panda's translation was that terrible today, besides the odd peculiar choice of name (prize money!?) the conversations between characters made sense and I followed the story of the chapter with ease. I'm not saying that it was perfect but it wasn't as shit as every seems to be labelling it. OK here are some thoughts:
So all in all a great chapter with plenty to take away. Thinking about the rest of the tournament it looks like Bartolomeo is gonna win in block B (and lets face it Luffy's gonna take block C) so the only space left is from block D. Rebecca seems like the obvious choice but Cavendish is another possibility. After that I guess that we'll have each Block winner against one of either Senor Pink, Dellinger, Lao G or Machvise and from there we'll have a standard one on one tourny with the winner taking on Diamante for the Mera-Mera no-mi. Maybe it's a little predictable but it would make sense.
The thought of Straw Hats being real "public enemies",for once is exciting. Not framed, not misunderstood, but actually pursuing goals that are harmful to the security and general well-neing of your average Dressrosan.Just to get a better insight on the crew's moral compass,if nothing else,as well give the audience a reason to symphathize with the antagonists a bit.
It will also be interesting to see how the WG intervenes in the country's affairs. They clearly weren't sent by the local government and while Fujitora is certainly going to play the role of the peacekeeper in what's to come, but the WG has been known to justify civilian casualties as acceptable collateral damage. Plus the overall scope of the WG's mission on the island isn't entirely known outside of their Green Bit mission. CP-0's presence also hints at a more high stakes covert operation (an assassination?).
It could be him:

thanks to Monster from Pirateking for the pic and the hint.
btw I immediately thought that the CP0 member on the far left is a member of the longarm tribe. The position of his arms just doesn't looke natural by one-joint standards.
So how much shit can we give the people who kept arguing so intensely that the blind guy wasn't the admiral no matter how obvious people made it for them

BURN THEM ALL! Oh..I mean, throw rocks at them or something..you know :ninja:
Did not expect to find a chapter on here when I came home, and so this is an AWESOME surprise. Really enjoyed this chapter, it makes me wonder how long this arc will go for…and how Oda will be able to tie all these ends up! Side note not related to the arc...I really want to see what Crocodile's up to in the New World.
Also, beating a dead horse here, hoping for Kaido reveal next chapter just because
The Huskies are pretty great. They're undefeated in the Finals. That's crazy.
But yes I'm not saying they're weak.
Off topic again but, your signature made me laugh so hard, it's awesome.
Luffy one shotted V.A in the Marineford.Don't take as granted that Vice Admirals are equal in strength. Not everyone are in Momonga and Smoker level.
Don't forget that what Luffy one shotted was a Giant Vice Admiral. All giants shown so far have had that rank, but I think it's obvious that they are more like tanks than actual soldiers. And none of them have displayed any use of haki like their human counterparts.
The human V.A pretty much made Luffy to look like a joke during Marineford.
You sure? I read a couple of articles that the Kims are "loved". Seen as pretty much gods but loved and trusted. With the media you can always control the beliefs of the majority.
The love is like that of the Old Testament God. Not "Gosh what swell guys" but "OH GREAT LORD AND HIGH THANK YOU FOR PROTECTING US AND NOT SMITING US WHO ARE UNWORTHY OF YOUR TERRIFYING OTHERWORLDLY POWERS" except instead of a beareded omnipotent being, its fat guys in mao suits.
A thought on CP0. Some people have been suggesting the middle fellow is the same as the guy who was talking with Doflamingo after teh War. Well, if he was, it would certainly explain his presence now; perhaps he is that man and has come to question Doflamingo on his resignation?
I guess this is off-topic and I'm not sure if I've posted this before but is anyone annoyed that the toys were really explained? I mean I was like living toys this could be funny and Oda will probably eventually explain it but then I see a toy man and human woman couple with a kid toy and I was like wtf, toys are an actual race that can reproduce?
Oda usually explains this things so I'm expecting some kinda of explanation but rigth now its pretty damn weird that a toy can have kids with a human.
So how much shit can we give the people who kept arguing so intensely that the blind guy wasn't the admiral no matter how obvious people made it for them
Dunno people seem to like to keep arguing with stuff they have no idea about since they don't get references or don't know japanese at all, Aohige and CCC apparently aren't proof enough for them, they need badly translated Mangapanda chapters to believe it.

It's almost like this is the fifth chapter into the arc and not every mystery will be explained yet!

I am aware of that, I said it in my post but the toy with the human and the kid is my problem if it was just toys going around I wouldn't be making that post.
I was also trying to see if anyone speculated anything from hints that I migth have not noticed basicly.

Well if you can have a living toy adult … you can have a living toy child, right? So if you have a living toy adult and a living toy child and a living human ... you have your problem situation.
My guess is that you can find talking wood in Dressrosa somewhere, and if you carve it into a toy, it comes to life :p
WOOOOOT Fujitora rly is an admiral…damn, Oda really knows how to surprise us.
That we get in this chapter an overview of all the different scenarios going on was necessary in my eyes, but i hope for future chapters it will always focus on only 1-3 stories for a chapter.
Luffy obviously has the coolest story going for him with the tournament, but being introduced to CP-0 definitely makes me wanna see more of this group. (even when iam sure that the crossing of the bridge will be rather boring..those fishes sounded mehhhh)
Sanji hopely gets less screentime unless the guy he should kill is interesting.
Zoro i assume will be kind of boring, but we still have to see those fairys, but i doubt that i wont regret every panel used for that story that could have been used for the tournament. Kinemons story is mostly interesting because he
s a new character which we follow here and he will dig deeper into the sidestory of the wano-samurai, which i really have high hopes for.
The Sunny-crew...mehh, Nami looks nice but i don`t even care which child is on board..definitely the side-story i want to see the least.
And last but not least Franky..i rly love to see him in this arc doing some action (he wants to kick some asses just to get to the freaking factory..ohh yeah Franky, thats how it goes) and with that toy-soldier we might have the most interesting side-characer introduced so far. I think he will be the one who gives us the most information about Dressrosa and the people living there and by that what DD actually means to the country. (it
s to suspicious how the whole kingdom reacts to DD quitting his position)
Also what the deal is with that little soldier seems to be less important, but i somehow hope that DD or someone stole his leg and he wants to get it back, haha...just like in "Peter and Anneli`s journey to the moon"
I'm hearing people saying no OP in Jump next week? Can someone confirm this?
If we keep in mind the golden rule of the OP world (that magic/fantastical phenomena unexplained by science/nature are necessarily the result of devil fruits) then there's only one possibility for the toys: someone has the Iki Iki no Mi, with the power to give life to inanimate objects. …And then they age naturally, or something.

I was thinking it was either that or the fairies that give life to them, I guess the baby can be explained by them just taking a kid toy into their care if thats the case and there isn't any breeding involved.
Guys was it dd plan to lure so many pirates to dressrosa so the admiral couldnt attack him? If yes hes a genious
Can someone tell me what page pandaman is?
I'm looking towards that little toy soldier with Franky as the next strawhat for some reason. they already have a skeleton, cyborg and reindeer why not a toy?
Where are those said that Cavendish will win Bolck B? M** F** Bartolomeo!
it is possible cp-0 created during timeskip after cp9 defection could also be part of the power the government gave the navy
Epic chapter. I wasn't interested on the tournament at all and I was affraid that this arc was going to be boring for me. This chapter has erradicated all my fears. Dressrosa is going to be amazing! I'm just hoping it doesn't end like PH, with everyone running for weeks…
Last time an arc had this many characters it turned into fishman island, lots of characters that basically stood around and did nothing. Is it too late to jump on the Monet is hiding on the Sunny bandwagon yet?
You can't really compare Fishman Island with this arc. That arc for me was riddled with average characters and terrible villains, just bad fighting since the power level difference was monumental and overall most non-SH characters weren't interesting enough for me. I already enjoy the beginning of this arc more than the entire Fishman Island arc put together. This arc has some great characters that will get involved in (Jesus, DD, Law, New Admiral), on top some that have potential like the CP0, Barto, and whoever else could also show up.. there are also 3 ships coming to Dressrossa, potentially more VAs. Whoever "Jack" is could also come crashing the party since he was informed about this, and it was hinted he may play a role on not too distant future. There's way more characters here and the premise is far more interesting, final stage before taking down Kaido?, fight against BB's crew/or crewmember, and potential Admiral clash.
It's hard to imagine a situation where half this city isn't in rubble by the end of this arc. There's far too many big players running around. IMO, this was the best chapter of this arc and one of the best since PH arc, just great stuff. This is the official chapter that has got me hyped up for the rest of the arc. :)
I feel that this arc will be for the Marines what FI was for the SHs: an arc to show off just how deadly they've become.
son una amenaza~

The better question is why. Because Franky is talking to it?
Well, a Vice-Admiral just got fodderized by Barty, so…

Or, you know, they could be robots or something. Obviously the OP world is technologically advanced enough to make sentient androids that perform various tasks such as babysitting, cooking, guarding, etc.
Oh, and as for the first toy we saw that had stuffing in it while chasing down the dog, we could've just not seen his robotic arm through all of the fluff; of course, I could be completely wrong about this, but in Oda's world, anything goes.

It's certainly not unreasonable. Weren't the little guys from Enel's cover story robots of some kind? And they seemed to have distinct personalities as well.

I definitely don't agree with robots, but I think you're right to assume that that doll was serving more as a housekeeper/babysitter and wasn't her husband lol.
Anyone else thinks that the thing in the ship will turn out to be one of those living toys?
I mean, it could have just followed Momonosuke since his arrival to Dressrosa and after he boarded the ship to Punk Hazzard. The Biscuit Room was full of toys so it's not like it couldn't have had an easy time staying hidden among them.
Green Bit
200 years history
CP 0
Robin main group heading there= Void century anyone?
The Void Century was 800 years ago, buddy.
I think the mysterious guy giving Doflamingo order to kill Moria is the CP0 leader, look at his hat + his suit:
Chapter 595:
And now in chapter 705:
Looking at Robin and Nami… I still remember long time ago Oda stating that drawing women was his biggest challenge. Lol. You sir, win.

I know its been said to death but I'm really expecting Monet… Vergo is probably just as likely, but Monet left a lot of unanswered questions.

He meant that in drawing them like he does men, with an endless variety of designs. So no, this is still a problem he has even if he has made some pretty out there female designs.
I like Fujitora's character clash so far. The dude seems like the first legitimately nice admiral. If this keeps up, I'm led to wonder how he can possibly get along under the leadership of Akainu. They're completely different!
Meanwhile, Bartolomeo's introduction is frustrating. Fodderizing a vice admiral is a nice sign of strength, but with the level of power of everyone else on this island as well as the vagueness of Maynard's strength, that's not a clear sign that Bartolomeo's a super power. We just know for a fact that Bartolomeo can beat down a VA without anyone noticing.
I really look forward to seeing these fairies revealed. They're annoying and clearly important to the main story.

I'm reading this release first, just to get a good laugh.
God, the Mangastream translation is like 4Kids dialogue, except instead of being aimed at dumb kids, it's aimed at dumb teens.
Kaidou really don't like revolution.
VA officially became the new sea kings.
I'm sure a fairy is on the sunny.
Fairies seems invisible.
Fish karate?
Cp-0? Seems kind of random if you ask me.
Thank god Law got a cool outfit.

Next time, on One Piece, "Fuck you, Doflamingo! I'm gonna be the god damn Pirate King!!!"
Brought to you by 4Teens!

Cavendish is most likely not even in that block.
Nami should start wearing a shirt. I think people understand by now that she has grown in many way.

If he's not. He has more chances to lose if he is on C (Lucy) or D (Rebecca).
Nami should start wearing a shirt. I think people understand by now that she has grown in many way.
What I've learned from Nami…. I need to be wearing less shirts.
