Well well, what a interesting chapter that has been bestowed upon us here.
So Kaido is the strongest "thing alive" as stated by Law and even Franky made the remark "so he's not human". Interesting, people called W.B a monster but he was human, we'll have to wait and see now won't we? I do hope though Kaido is a ancient species that is extremely close to the brink of extinction, that, or he must have some wicked devil fruit.
Law is a true surgeon of death, cutting of the heads of Baby 5 and Buffalo and leaving them on the raft as for the bodies he ain't going to tell D.D where they are that's for sure. I also like how the G5 were playing the note of "we hate all pirates" when deep down they were nothing short of grateful to the Straw Hats. Smoker's face palm was hilarious it was that whole "Dang, I know what they mean and it sad that I feel the same way!"
Wanted to throw this in there, can we really trust Law? We saw how he ran off from Dofla and must have "used" him and his organization in some way or another. I mean from what we know, he is the ONLY pirate that has a Subamarine, now how useful is that? Maybe he took some technological plans from Dofla and had someone build it for him, we'll never know! I swear he must have ate the Ope Ope no mi and the Weasel Weasel no mi! I hope he doesn't use Luffy and co down the road, I know I know he said "I'm not sure anymore who's using who anymore" but still.
D.D's face finally had a change in color due to his anger as stated by Buffalo and he's completely loosing his care free demeanor. In addition to all of this, we finally get a power scale here with the fact that D.D is absolutely afraid of Kaidou and his crew, he's sweating and shouting. I just wanted to add here that all those who think X Drake wanted to take on Kaido on his own are completely out of line, if Kaido's name makes a veteran like D.D get an upset stomach then I can't imagine how X Drake could stand up to him. Anyways, it seems as if the Yonko are to be feared more so than the Marines and heck, I can understand why, they have no rules going for them and they could give a care less about the morals and ethics that are deemed "right". W.B didn't even think twice about going to Marineford and giving it a hell of a time, Shanks didn't mind clashing with Kaido and appearing at Marineford, Big Mom destroys countries like no tomorrow and Kaido had the guts to take out W.B. You can tell they are all very aggressive and don't have a care in the world on what the Marines have to say and think.
Green Bit. . . Wonder what's there, maybe Law's crew?
Say what you will, I still think Shanks is the strongest Yonko around regardless of what the Manga has to say, his power and crew are just as a mystery as Kaido and his crew.
Really well done Oda, can't wait to see this animated.
