We have a starfish that can talk because it thought it was a human… of course that's based on a pun (hito-de (starfish) and hito-me (human), but still, a talking cat's not that much of a stretch. Could be just a cat zoan, anyway. Surprised we didn't have one in Alabasta, since we had a Jackal and a Hawk Zoan. Bepo is most likely a crewmember of Law's that was badly injured, so Law put his heart and brain into a Polar Bear. Simple.

Now that's a good question.
In the anime he's white, not fill in with black color. However, Oda's done the opposite of shading before. Two characters- Yasopp & Mr.4- are shown in manga with their hair shaded in, making it look black. But in colorspreads, they are blonds.

So even when the cat is shown white in the manga, it could be black. -
I think its obvious that law switched his heart with monet's at one point, so ceaser will accedently stop monet from pushing the button when he destroys the heart in his arm.

Don't you mean switched Smoker's heart for Monet's? That sentence reads as if you were speaking of Law's heart since there is no other name in there besides Law and Monet.
Law has his own heart back. We've already seen Vergo squeeze Law's heart… so we know it was the right one. -
I was thinking the same thing after a discussion with a friend. I think Law managed to switch out Monet's heart for Smoker's. Kinda makes for a "deus ex machina" for when she tries to press the button.

so, ive been goin back, and catching up on a few things in punk hazard and i happen to notice something about momo. in the current colorspread, momo's horns and spines are of the same color or are pretty close in color but then if u look at chapter 685
!
on the bottom of the page his spine and horns are shaded differently; which would imply different colors. with this observation i dont think the colorspread momo are his correct colors, and seeing that everyone else seems to be wearing different clothes i think im goin to stick with this opinion untill someone can find something implying otherwise or we get an actual colorscheme that confirms he's pink (or not)
edit 1: its not really a spoiler, i just didnt know how else to not clutter the page with a picture.
edit 2: and if u look at momo's eye's in the colorspread, they are the samecolor as his spine but yet different from above. (this could be b/c of it being a b/w manga but it just leaves me with more suspicion)

The horns are light brown and the spine is yellow. And how the manga shades it really doesn't matter, I've remembered things colored black that are light colors, like the suits Big Mom's men wear which are actually pink. Also, Momonosuke is definitely pink, "Momo-iro" means pink in Japanese.

Hair color of Yasopp and Mr.4 are big examples of this. They are shaded black in manga but in the colorspreads Oda shows both men as blondes.

Hi everybody, right off the bat the color spread was mind-blowing, no sooner had I seen it than I put it as my desktop background, for some reason I thought it was amazing perhaps owing to its colorfulness or the way Oda put everybody together, anyway, does anybody know who the hell is the guy on the upper-left hand corner ? I was thinking it could be Kaidou, bad thing General Franky's arm is covering him up. Moving on to the chapter it was great how Franky started shooting just because, as though he had felt they were enemies somehow, Baby 5 is so cool, can't say the same about buffalo though. Franky is always pulling out funny things it crossed my mind when Franky himself spat fireballs instead of his robot back at fishman island, must admit I was a little bit disappointed after seeing Baby 5 becoming a big sharp sword, nonetheless it makes sense, I mean she is a weapon after all, I don't think Franky was defeated at that panel and I hope he wasn't, he must have something up his sleeve, general franky might receive some damage though. With regard to the heart Caesar pulled out, as someone in this thread pointed out that heart must be Monet's that would be an awesome strategy from Trafalgar, moreover, it's the only way I see for the straw hats to escape the big explosion. As for the end, a captain who doesn't care about his crew mates is doomed to receive Luffy's wrath.

Anyone re-reading the arc over break? I'm doing it right now (mangarule). I tend withhold my final opinions on an arc until I've had a chance to read it all the way through in one go and I must say after my initial hesitancy of this arc, I do love it. I give it a show B. It's nothing compared to the Alabasta arc but it's solid in action, humor and expanding the plot.
So many hinting of future storylines. Excitement. There are couple chapters I dislike (I won't say which) but reading it through all the way allows me to ignore them. :wub: Oda and OP!!!

Kinemon is somebody I want to see more of. More in particually where he stands in Wano because looks like he mastered his "Fox Fire". I don't think he can hang with the Elites because he wasn't in the picture of the 4 Samurai.
What got me though is that he was the only person to leave the Island, I'm sure Kinemon has some allies who would help him find his son unless Wano is seperated.

That's not true if the Admirals or WG go to Wano you very know well they will join together with that cause.
More will be explained about the whole situation but if something did happen to him there would be people who would finish his mission.

Law has his own heart back. We've already seen Vergo squeeze Law's heart… so we know it was the right one.A switcheroo happened for sure!
A) This was forshadowed by Smoker pulling the wool over Vergo's eyes during their fight. At least one heart was recouped.
B) We are at the end of a very epic arc. With Monet's finger on the doomsday button, it would be unlikely if there wasn't a final twist.
C) If Law was going after Caesar from the beginning, he wouldn't give him anything that would actually help him.
Nuff said.

u misunderstand what i was saying… at the time his horns and spine to me were the same color in the spread (orange) if the spine and horns were the same color, no matter if its shaded dark or white the horn and spine should be shaded the same color which they werent. this led me to my conclusion.
u said the colors are yellow and light brown. ive tried to look at every hq scans i can come across and honestly i still see the same color orange. to me they resemble brooks feathers and the fire from the sword. they could be so close that im mistaking them and thats completely possible.
also u could call it stubborn on my part but i dont think just because his name has pink in it, it implies he is pink. either way, ur points has made me question my own but i will wait before makin judgment until another color spread comes to play.
