Still… what? You can't just say something like that and not link anything to prove it.
I wish I could find the image, I've seen it before but I can't find it. Maybe someone else can get it.

@Foxy:
I don't have the image but when Oda first wrote the chapter where they entered the Grand Line he drew that for the weekly jump cover.
You mean this, don't you? Except this wasn't SJW cover.
! I think that's a bit of a stretch to actually think it has merit to it, at least at this point..

Damn, I don't know why I remembered Baby 5 on it. But one of those could be an early design for Kinemon. The Giant may be a future character from Elbaf and the last guy could possibly be a revolutionary/someone from Vira or Emerald City.
Or maybe those are early random character designs, and Oda still haven't found use for some of them. There's no telling that Oda specifically had Hancock in mind when he drew the female, it could be the opposite: he was looking for a char design for Hancock and remembered he had an early design and decided to use it

No, Oda already confirmed in an SBS iirc that the female in this COLOR WALK 1 was indeed an early drawing of Hancock. About the other three: they could have already appeared (dude with the stars and the bazooka reminds me of Mr. 5 but so does Vergo), the fatty should be an Elbaf giant for sure. We just don't know if he already appeared as Oimo or Dorry or IDK how the 2nd giant from Little Garden is called (I only remember his german name) or if he still has to appear.
Third guy could be an early sketch of a dude of Wano after sumone here associated him with Kinemon, but that's just speculation. But the thing with Hancock is true. I liked her early hair color more than her current black. Looks more OP-like.
Ah. Is that so? My bad then. I do remember when someone found the drawing & posted it here, everyone was trying to guess who they might be. Not long after Hancock's first appearance I think, so there were speculations about them being Akainu, or Kaidou

that armored guy reminds me of Jozu
if the supernovas all take on big mom then i really hope oda doesn't make this into another marineford. i want to see the supernovas go all out and show what they can do. marineford was kinda frustrating at times because oda held so much of the characters back so he wouldn't spoil them. as for doflamingo i can see him finding out about this plan and using the fight to his advantage and maybe even crashing the party after the supernovas win and taking them down after they and their crews are tired and beat up after the fights.

That is a pretty good theory but i do however think that the strawhats will go directly for Dofla after this arc.
Isn't Monet dead now because the gas got to her? Or do you think she made an igloo shield, and is hiding in it (like how Mr. 3 hid in a wax ball)

I tried reading Oda's mind earlier but his thoughts were in japanese, so I couldn't understand anything, therefore I do not know the answer of your question.

Very much doubtful. If anything she's the most likely to have a cover-story in the future.
Hot threesome between the yeti cool and monet

I honestly see the Strawhats leaving Punk Hazard before Baby 5 and Buffalo arrive. When they do arrive at Punk Hazard they will discover Monet, who has failed in her mission, and they will "Gecko Moria" her.
Gecko Moria her? : the act of "killing" characters off even though we know they will survive. e.g. Magellan to Bon Clay, Dofla with Gecko and Dofla with Bellemy. Maybe it should be called the "Dofla kill" instead? Or… Flammingoed!!!
That is a pretty good theory but i do however think that the strawhats will go directly for Dofla after this arc.
naw luffy doesn't have any real reason to do that yet. if doflamingo stomped all the strawhats after they have some battle then luffy would go after doflamingo. if kaidou somehow secretly works for doflamingo and the emperor law said he wanted to go after is really doflamingo then luffy would go after doflamingo next.
I pretty sure they all head to Big Momma's House after Punk Hazard Fisco is over.

I agree, unless Baby 5 and Buffalo manage to harbour in PH pretty soon and by that I mean Immediately There are slim chances of the Crew meeting them.
Theres only 10 minutes left before the B Block is filled with Shinokuni leaving only the C, D and R Blocks which are presumably smaller according to Oda
s map. Additionally it has only been roughly 15 minutes since the message was reported to Joker. So I assume that if Doflas reinforcement arrive soon, Dress Rosa would be as near as in "turning around the first corner" that you see in the ocean (You would need to have a bit of imagination to picture that first corner Though). Anyway the idea of the Crew meeting said reinforcement
s would put everything out of context unless ODA handles the story masterfully. If they can arrive in less than an hour (I assume thats more or less the time that the crew is going to spend on PH these remaining chapters of the arc) the Log pose that nami received back in F.I would feel rather useless. Oh check this out I
ve got a log pose that signals the way to three Islands; nevermind that there are a couple of other islands around that we no nothing but are closer, who cares about them.
…either Oda's going to save the people caught up in the gas, which isn't a stretch (but rather disappointing); or the much better route of Monet being her sneaky and witty self creating an igloo.
She's not dead. She's too important, but not as important as Ace, to die.
Law promised some crazy stuff at the two hour mark, and that won't go unrevealed. My guess is that the gas will be dealt with somehow in the end, but I don't really know for sure how that situation will play out in the end.
I doubt anybody will die, though.
I just hope the solution to the gas isn't a giant fan.

..Hmm?
!
I think franky building a giant fan / vacuum is a pretty good option. If he vacuumed up shinokuni they could use it later (although that would be quite unlike them to use such a deadly weapon)
I miss Franky :(. What is he up to?
Glad to see I'm not the only one who misses Franky.
I miss the Cool Brothers. Talk about a wasted potential (assuming they don't show up again).

LOL with Franky & Usopp , thats a possiblity, look what they did try against Oars on Thriller Bark

Oh god, I forgot about that part in Thriller Bark lmao. Yes…it's very likely that Thousand Sunny could probably return rigged up by Franky to be a vaccum or fan...Still doesn't make me want to see that happen lol. Sunny Coup-de-Boo~
The "BREAK NEXT WEEK" warning in the first topic should be updated to something like "OP IS ON BREAK THIS WEEK"…
I was gonna check here on how's everyone doing during the break. It seems like everyone is ok.
@Mark:

Dude, check out other threads (especially the new nakama thread), its where people have their breakdowns
Hm, I figured the major breakdowns were in the sexism thread. I still can't believe that issue is persisting.
Not to mention the posters writing novels in there.

It's unstoppable at this point. The topic of sexism on these boards has become similar to a car speeding off the edge of a cliff and into the ocean, where the "edge of a cliff" is when the topic was tolerable and the "ocean" is where it's plunged 5000 meters deep into the raging waters of agony.

Hey folks,I'll hope you're enjoying the one week break;)Currently I'm re-reading One Piece and I've finished the skypia arc. I was wondering whether anyone here could explain a tiny detail regarding Namis "milky ball"-attack (and therefore also as to "Milky-Road" in Chapter 655). I assume the clouds Nami is able to create with her Clima-Tact are the same as the stored clouds in the milky dials. And here are my questions:
Edit:I'm sorry it seems I am having trouble formatting my post properly. I haven't any clue why
isn't your avatasr fox a David Liebeheart puppet? Is this guy a little famous or is he a completely obscure artist?
- 1. How can Nami make "special clouds" despite the fact that it shouldn't be possible down in the "blue seas". In chapter 303 Usopp has figured out that fact.
- 2. Since chapter 240 we know about the element "pyrobloin" which causes the special clouds and which is also contained in seastones. Therefore these clouds affect devil fruit users. So, regarding Nami, should it be possible for her attack called milky balls to affect devil fruit users as well?.
Interesting insight post you have running there. In regards to the first point I believe that Weatheria knowledge has to do with her ability to summon different kind of clouds even the "special clouds" that you mentioned. I take the impossibility of creating these clouds in the blue sea as a challenge as opposed to a restriction. In other words, at that time there was no one who really knew how the atmosphere worked in order to produce said clouds, but now Nami can.
Your second point amuses and intrigues me the most. If what you said is developed by Oda, he might give nami a means to actually attack a logia user without worrying about their intangibility. Imagine what would happen if she could actually encapsule a df foe through "pyrobloin" production. What´s more , if these clouds were electric conducts then nami may imprison and punish from the outside. However, last chapter showed us that the clouds used by nami are still far from solid so further development should be accomplished in this regard. I like the idea because it would give her an edge without necesarily using a deux ex machina method.
I miss the Cool Brothers. Talk about a wasted potential (assuming they don't show up again).
Maybe they were rescued by vergo in is way to the punkhazard and ceasar order then to retrieve the fruit while having gas suits but since ceasar wants to show that the gas is a perfect weapon of mass of destruction orden that they have to go to a route with no den den mushi so that the brokers don't see a living soul while the gas is there it could explain their abscence and why ceasar is not very worried if fruit can be taken were it his (just a personal thought)
on other note i like this chapter.
From Bleach Asylum forums to Naruto base forums… everyone is busy busy busy chatting away in the discussion threads

Can't wait in'till next week for our turns to start talking up a storm.

Ah but one point is that its the cloud dials that don't work at Blue seas level, only up in White seas. But at the Reunion, Nami tells Usopp that she had some tech from a Sky Island. We don't know waat all she could have, but do know about the weather balls from Weatheria.
Its my guess that the cloud dials that don't work below the White sea but the weather balls do.
I need to go find the pics but the balls with clouds in them we've seen Nami use since timeskip looks the same as the wehater balls in Weatheria.
It could be the weather balls do not have pyrobloin so would be more like small 'normal' (as normal as could be save Nami using it lol) and not affect Df users but we don't know yet so can't say for sure
@ CCC: your inbox is full, and I was trying to expand on my last message to you, so I'll post here:
! one additional note about why I feel the way I do about "because" in chopper's dialogue. I hate to pull the dictionary on it, but it can be hard to express things properly without it, so:
! "be·cause conjunction /biˈkôz/ /-ˈkəz/
! For the reason that; since
! * - we did it because we felt it our duty
! so in the chapter, chopper's dialogue spoken as "I will save you because it's my fault you got hurt." works, but "It's my fault got you hurt because I will save you.", doesn't, even if split into two sentences. the original Japanese, I assume, is using a sentence structure that is similar to the second example, but it needs to be like the first to be proper in english. HTH!

What are their view of One Piece lol
The "it's my fault you got hurt" isn't a part of that flow. It's an interruption in the form of a thought; not dialogue. It's his true feelings about the situation that he's not saying because he feels so bad.
"You'll all be able to go home… (crap crap crap this is all my fault!) because I'm going to save you."
I stand by what I wrote.
@Money:

I'm not that quite sure. As I was reading it did seem like One Piece fans did exist. LMAO all these different forums makes me feel like we are different nations trying to spy on each other. Ah well, let me terminate this conversation before I cause the thread to drift off into unwanted discussion.

We still have a whole week to go through before the next chapter. Any discussion is better than stagnation. I don't pay much attention to the Naruto forums as much as I did back in the day (though their forum is much larger I think), but the Bleach Asylum is pretty hilarious. There are far more participation in the Naruto forums in the OP section, but Bleach has virtually no discussion on OP. The main consensus on Bleach Asylum seems to be that OP is rather predictable which is quite ironic from Bleach Fans.

should be, lol
boring week :pouty:

It's true. OP is more predicatable than Bleach.
Only if because OP follows a coherent, streamlined, and pre-developed form of writing, where as Bleach is full of asspulls and author having incoherent thought process entirely focused around making shit up retconning things with no sense of plot consistency as he goes along.
