@Sniper:
! If they were to bring in Ultron, I'm sure they could use him to bring Coulson back as Vision to use him against the Avengers.
! You would need Ant Man to be established first, but it could work way down the line.

Bringing Coulson back as Vision is incredibly lame.
That's one way to bring him back, but I want Coulson to remain Coulson. The competant, deadpan humor SHIELD agent.

Well, yeah. They're working on the Ant-Man movie already. No release date, but it's coming.

I want Coulson to remain dead Coulson.
This is a really good theory on why Coulson may not be dead.

"Here’s the rub: If Fury was willing to tell a little lie to manipulate his bickering team of superheroes, what makes us think he wouldn’t tell a bigger one?"
"Think about it. Coulson slipped away right when the medical team got there and everything that follows we don’t see. We have to take it on Fury’s word that the medical team couldn’t save him."
"We know that good ol’ Phil wasn’t hit in the heart or else he wouldn’t have lived long enough to blast Loki through the wall and tell Fury to make his death count. So he most likely had a punctured lung. Granted, he’s not going to be feeling very good, but it’s a survivable wound, especially if a crackerjack medical team with a state of the art sick bay at their disposal were there within minutes of the wound being inflicted."
I'd REALLY rather the Marvel movie universe not be as cheap with death reversals as the comics are. We're only like 6 films in. We don't need to start undoing consequences already.
As is we're already getting Winter Soldier in the next Cap movie… and that's a thing that has great and sensible setup behind it.

Hmmmm, that has some really good logic to it (it's Fury, after all). I would accept it as a way to bring Coulson back, it's just the age old problem of cheapening his death like all comic resurrections can bring.
Coulson only became cool after he died. Bringing him back diminishes his sacrifice. Just leave him dead and remember him as that really cool guy instead of him coming back as some uber elite badass who you'll get bored with.
Saw the movie again at my local theatre. That makes three times! X3
http://www.ign.com/articles/2012/08/13/borg-queen-joins-thor-the-dark-world
Alice Kirge (Borg Queen from Star Trek) is in Thor 2 as well she didn't say who she was playing as but she said she wouldn't be recognizable implying a hefty make up job or a decently covering costume.
Perhaps she is Hela?
I was thinking Amora, but now that we know the whole "Won't be reciognizable" thing I'm thinking Hela is a good bet.
She could very well be Alflyse the elf queen as well. That would fit with Malekith. I suppose Karnilla is a possibility, too, but that isn't really an outfit that would make her hard to recognize. Hela is the most likely from what it sounds like, and having Malekith and Hela would set up for Surtur well.

Downey suffered a ankle injury on the set of Ironman 3 delaying the production.
The sequel is officially set for release on May 1, 2015

Any chance there will be a sequel to the Incredible Hulk before the next Avengers movie comes out? i know they have been talking about it….

Not unless it hits in 2015. And since Avengers is start of summer, at this point it doesn't look like it.
It makes some sense, Hulk has had 2 movies now and neither of them were greatly received… but to not follow up on the success of audiences loving him in Avengers is weird. I guess they figure him being in Avengers 2 is good enough.
Really I'm glad there's no Hulk movie. Joss Whedon seems to be the only one who knows how to write his character. If he were done in his own movie with a different writer, he would probably be a let-down.
The way I see it, the Hulk probably just doesn't have enough to his character to be able to support an entire movie on his own. Or at least they'd need one hell of a good writer to pull it off. I mean, I enjoyed The Incredible Hulk, but I can easily admit that this is mostly just due to the cool action-scenes and the pretty epic soundtrack. The story itself was pretty meh.
Honestly, I can see the ABC-Marvel TV series being a Hulk one. I think A 6-7 episode mini series that could prelude that Avengers featuring Mark Ruffalo's character would be great.
I think they should just do a 15 minute Hulk short before each of the solo Marvel films. That way you get Hulk being Hulk in awesome movie quality without it dragging out over the whole film.
Ok, for the Marvel TV series.
The Sensational She-Hulk.
Seriously. Jenny needs her own TV show. It could also have kind of a Law & Order spin to the Marvel formula, what with her status as a Lawyer. Daredevil going back to Marvel now also means he can feature.
^ Given that the public is starting to lose interest in Law & Order like shows I don't know if that'd be a good idea.
Better idea. Why don't we make a Heroes for Hire TV show with Iron Fist (played by Ray Park, renown martial artist and Iron Fist fan who has been begging to play as Iron Fist), Luke Cage, and She-Hulk? Maybe two others. And when the movies come out, have them cameo. And when the Avengers 2 movie comes out, have them be in the movie.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Add Hercules to that list. He'd be hilariously awesome. I'd add Spider-Woman, but her past might be too complicated for a TV show to handle. Maybe.
Heroes For Hire with Jessica Jones and Spider-Woman as supporting cast seems the most likely.
I think it's better to keep Hulk to the Avengers movies. He was so well received that I think he would be a powerful anticipation-type of thing for the sequel. I mean, out of all the Avengers, I can't wait to see what happens to him, but make him into a treat only to be enjoyed in Avengers 2.

The hulk's story writes itself, I didn't think Bruce Banner's story could ever be dull until I saw the Ang Lee hulk movie.
It's a story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hide that destroys things…
The problem is the Hulk's story usually involves a cameo of some sort, but usually when that happened it was like the writer was that one kid on the playground that insisted his character was better than yours.
Not that he's the only one cough wolverine cough, but it does make the Hulk less fun to read or watch knowing he can just out gamma someone and win.
It'd be fun to see a movie where puny Banner wins the battle. If that happened in the Incredible Hulk, then I need to watch it.
Bad comparison. Wolverine jobs to everything that moves.
It seems shield gets it's own tv series.
I called it! Hell yeah!
Not sure if I like S.H.I.E.L.D. getting it's own show…but ehh...
Still would've preferred Hero for Hire series, but hopefully Joss will makes it interesting. I wonder if it will include SLJ or Cobie Smulders… On second thought since this is unlikely, I'm still hoping it'll turn out to be a show not about Shield.
I think it would be kinda cool to have Bruce Banner as their go to scientist on S.H.I.E.L.D. Having him Hulk-out would cost too much but it would be a good way to flesh Bruces character out.
Bad comparison. Wolverine jobs to everything that moves.
And still gets back up. (Except in the ultimate series? Which I've never read and don't want to)
Apparently the limited edition Avengers Dr. Pepper is still being sold? I got one pack and was figuring maybe I'd get two or three of the characters. THEN THEY WERE ALL THE HULK. EVERY.SINGLE.ONE. And then I discovered Loki and Hawkeye don't even come with the regular Dr. Pepper.
My sister had a pack of Iron Man Dr. Pepper. I nabbed one. She thought nothing of it.
so the phase one dvd set has been delayed til spring 2013 cuz there being sued cause of the brief case…

In fact, it's now not being released at al; at least, not how it previously existed.

Well it sucks we'll have to wait for phase one. At least I'm glad I pre-order Avengers. I still probably get Phase one when it comes out too.
I personally would like to eventually see Planet Hulk movie, and tie-in to an Avengers movie with World War Hulk plot.
Hulk and his Warpath clan going all Orcish Horde on Avengers. Yes please.

They already did a (lousy) direct to video animated version of Planet Hulk, so… probably not going to happen.
That was my favorite Hulk comic. :(.
Hulk kicked everybodys ass. Such a shame
Anyone know if Windows 7 is Blu-Ray compatible? Can't remember what kind of DVD player I have back at home though.

What I enjoyed about World War Hulk is that it came right after Civil War made everyone look a little worse. It was like Marvel was saying, "Sorry about that, Hulk will punch everything and we'll all feel better together."

Think it just depends on the driver, not if you have Window's 7 or not.
http://www.ign.com/articles/2012/09/11/thor-the-dark-worlds-dark-elves-revealed
Well Alflyse's chances of being in Thor 2 have just increased some supposed leaks of the film set show Thor(Chris H.) and Sif battling warriors who resemble the Dark Elves
So yeah, this is pretty cool. All those who pre-ordered the Marvel Universe Phase One boxset on Amazon, between the dates of June 1st and August 28th, will receive a free copy of the Avengers due to them delaying the release date (provided you type in the promotional code).
Sweet. Free copy of The Avengers for me.
I got that e-mail, too. Pretty sweet customer service, even though I'm not all that bothered about the set being pushed back to Spring. Can't argue about getting a free copy, though! And to think I planned on canceling my pre-order because I wouldn't have been able to afford it.
Hmmmmmmm wonder why they would do that
http://www.bleedingcool.com/2012/09/17/have-marvel-retconned-the-avengers-on-dvd-or-just-censored-it/
The regular European version isn't censored, but they did take out the Whedon commentary track. So fucking stupid how such a mega blockbuster has virtually NO extras aside from a mini movie, outtakes and a gag reel. Great show! I saw Cabin in the Woods lying next to The Avengers at my local entertainment store and it had a two blu-ray set with tons of extras and commentary tracks. Those lazy bastards at Disney are getting outdone by a damn indie flick.
