What's with this defeatest attitude towards Chopper, Cyber-Robin?

I'd say with all of his badassery in Fishman Island alone, that makes him a very strong competitor. I know besides Nami, he's the one Straw Hat I'll be campaigning for as much as possible.

One of the reasons why I'm supporting Whitey Bay is because she gots an awesome character designs. Oda just does a great job on character designs and thats one of the reasons why One Piece is great.

Barring an extremely easy set of opponents, I doubt he makes it past the Second Round. Chopper didn't even get out of the Prelims last year.

Granted, on the issue of Chopper, I felt like one of the reasons he didn't make it out of the prelim round was that he was in the very first preliminary round and many people, myself included, were not even aware that the tournament had started. I may be wrong, but that's the impression I got.

Also, if people here in AP were to actually devote campaigning time to Chopper, I could see him surviving and even going far. Dr. Hiluluk and Kureha are very popular, I don't see why it's unreasonable to think Chopper could go farther, especially when we're in a manga arc that's giving him highlights.

Had to check that Benn was voted first, but Mihawk is always a fun guy. Pity Sengoku hasn't been voted yet, though. I wanna see all my Marines in it this year too. :p

Also, for the sake of clarification, the Nomination Thread was created prior to the release of Ch. 668 so the last chapter with new characters that are eligible is Ch. 667. Everybody after that will have to wait until next year.

I can't actually go see the nominations, which is a pain cause then it means I can't even attempt to go out and make some shitty little campaigns which will be thawrted by everyone elses and then I will have to resort to gifs and fangirl power anyway.

MDL just posted the nomination list for you on the previous page, but so far there are only 119 nominations.

This is true, but effective campaigns could easily get people who like Kureha and Hiluluk to support Chopper as well, much in the same way people are speculating Law popularity this year could help Chopper.

It doesn't hurt that Kureha hasn't been nominated, last I checked (someone should really nominate her, btw.)
