I have a question. I am currently in the Shabondy level in Kaizoku Musou. After Kuma makes Robin, and Franky disappear I start to play as Luffy again. I turned all those little red boxes on the map back to normal. After that I have no idea what to do. Whenever I fight Sentomaru or Kuma I get a Game Over. I've been playing for over an hour and have no clue what to do. Can some one tell me what it is I have to do? Thanks.
One Piece: Musou/Pirate Warriors - PS3

Try it without the lock on, the lock makes running around impossible!
I had no idea there was a lock on in the first place hahahahaha! Okay final thoughts on the ending since it's been a bit of a controversial topic:
! To be honest I would've liked it to be like that in the manga, not the whole giant magma fist realm bit… But the bit where Luffy fights before finding out Ace is actually dead? That was awesome, Luffy kicked the crap out of Akainu... Now maybe he should've not done it so epically, but that was still an amazing alternate and with the spirit of Ace behind him… EPIC http://i.imgur.com/ii6vg.jpg (This is how Musou should've really ended)
Now, you guys remember me posting the rip of the special edition OST? A measly ten tracks.. Good tracks, but 10? Really? There's 52 on the disc, take a guess at what I spent at least 3 hours tagging today for you guys ;)
!
I hope you all appreciate it when it's done uploading ;)

Awesome, Jackskellinghog!!!! Thank you once again for your hard work!
BTW, those DLC outfits look great too!! Can't wait for the rest of the Strong World outfits!

You have to keep everyone alive…usually its best to follow the "red flag" marker instead of trying to capture all fields.

i want to see a young whitebeard costume and an afro luffy one. There the only ones i may consider buying

I don't think we'll ever see stuff like that myself. Afro Luffy will probably be left over for the 2nd or 3rd game when they include the DBF arc.
-
hrumph :( do you reckon we will get samurai jinbei then? after all there was that other samurai picture with the impel down escapees on it

Thank you very much for the share, is very good job

Most likely,I'd personally like to see a Ryuuma themed Brook costume.

If the devs learn from this game, their QTE chops will have to be up to par, I can see DBF have a LOT of QTE, it would be fun to play :3

got my ps3!

-
Wow 62 euros I can live with :p yea nuno sent it out last week, so I'll probably get it at the end of next week.
-
Sefal ! Your PS3 is really awesome !
I him it shall be kind enough but I have no enough money.Otherwise, I would like to know if one can free the costume of Ace marineford version, please ? without its hat and with its other shoes.
If one do not can, I hope that it will not be a future DLC paying… -

If one do not can, I hope that it will not be a future DLC paying…Ace automatically wears it when you play in the Marineford stage but you cannot use it in the other stages.
-
Man, Robin's 2nd SP is freaking OP….leveled her to 20...and one move killed the boss online on HARD mode...
-
Customs office send me finally the bill for the tax … I paid today online as fast as I could and it should be here at the end of the week.
Seriously, this was/is ridiculous

Which disappointment for me T_T
Thanks for the reply and I hope that there will be a DLC (as Boa Hanckok) -

Gotdamn! I'll wait until it comes stateside. So how far does the game go with regards to the manga?

It goes up to the Timeskip but misses Skypiea and Thriller Bark

Wow, that's kind of a hard sell. I very much enjoyed those two arcs. Thanks for the info.
-
and kuro, davy back fight, lougetown, whiskey peak, little garden and Jaya
-
Wait, this game doesn't have Whiskey Peak in it? I guess they're saving it for a sequel - it's just that Enies Lobby, Marineford, and that arc would have (in my opinion, at least) been best suited for a Musou game.
-
Fishman Isle'll suit it too. Considering the amount of fodder there.
Personally I don't think we'll see Whisky Peak in the next game at all. Maybe the third. Somehow don't think Miss Valentine and Mr. 5 would be near the top of the lists for chars to make playable. Then again they added Rabbits
-
They don't really need to add them to add Wisky Peak. Stage starts out with no enemies and goofy party dialog then "Oh no the townspeople are attacking." You beat them down, Vivi pops up, asks for help, you clear the last area and you're done. Could even have Vivi as an enemy mid stage as Miss Wednesday and then even Miss All Sunday at the end if a final boss for the stage is deemed nesessary.
However if they were to add them, they could get double use out of them for Little Garden, which they could add without Miss Golden Week, Dorry and Broggy just fine, so making the both of them as bosses would allow for 2 more stages.
-
I was kinda seeing it as a Zoro exclusive stage. First, you fight the bounty hunters, then more hunters and Vivi(Miss Wednesday), then fat luffy, then Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine with Luffy as support (maybe more hunters), and then regular Luffy. They could even throw in 9, Monday, and Igaram if they wanted to.
-
yeah you could just fight luffy at the end. I doesn't need anyone else and it would still work. Just have them in cut scenes like iceburg or zeff
-
Well there's so much you can do.
Personally for me I think the biggest waste of an opportunity is not adding Smoker. He's a pretty important char and coulda added so many levels to the game,
Loguetown for the first five chars missions.
Arabasta. Can have Ace vs Smoker there. Also All-Sunday vs Marines + Smoker. Also there for marineford for against Hancock.
If it were up to me I'd have added him in over some of the chars that did get in. Hell. I'd have him in over Jinbe who I'm assuming only has levels in Impel Down and Marineford. (I guess they assumed he was joining and had to put him in.)

I got my Platinum trophy.
-
-
Well, I cracked and ordered a copy in spite of the price, because Warriors Orochi came out and despite being digital download only it was STILL 50$, at which point I decided "Well hell, if I was going to sepnd THAT much, I may as well get the game I really want for a bit more." And then I found a decent price on Ebay. If you check there, one or two sellers with high approval ratings are selling copies at 70-80 bucks… which while still expensive, is only a bit more than the eventual 60$ stateside release will be.
Should have my copy by the end of the month. Probably need to create a Japanese user account.
-
I got my Platinum trophy.
so do we really need to play online co-op to get the platinum? i hate online trophy.
-
The online trophy… is nothing. Every time you play a friend online, you get a friend coin. Once you get three different friend coins (you get one per friend)... you use those three to make a skill. That skill you make is needed in order to get the all skills created trophy.
-
You'll never get those wasted hours back ;)
They're not wasted hours if he enjoyed them. I can't wait to Platinum a One Piece game and love every minute.
-

It's missing quite a few arcs.
Shell Town
Syrup Village
Logue Town
Whiskey Peak
Little Garden
Jaya
Skypia
Davy Back Fight
Sea Train
Thriller Bark
Amazon Lilly
Fishman Island
Punk Hazard -

If you're counting on that you'll never get a "perfect" One Piece game… What do you want more? Alvida's boat? A stage with the monkey's from Jaya? Thousand Sunny's bathroom?
And we could never get the Fishman Island nor the Punk Hazard stage because it's too early, learn to apreciate what the company gave you, the game is pretty complete for a first release -

Making the models form scratch and having the graphis quite beautifully done, and man those cutscenes :3 I may be the minority but having QTE in a Musou game was a very very fun refreshing experience for me played main log in all three difficulties

And Whiskey Peak is just ASKING to be part of a Musou game. Too bad both this parts of the manga are not very popular. At least for the sequel they'll add Skypiea or Thriller Bark. . .right?

Yeah you are kinda right Sea train a cool stage for a musou and whiskey peak too, but if you ask me I'll probably let those 2 out for the sake of Skypea and Thriller Bark… But I know they made the best they could for the first game ever built in a new gen console, they codded all from scratch and knowing that the game is awesome and I'm really glad for all the hard work they had. In future releases yes there could be a lot more stages since they only need to focus on what's missing but for now let's all just thank them for what we've got. (it's like a few months ago everybody was saying they needed a One Piece game for PS3, now they have it and are already complaining, that's just stupid)
Relax and enjoy it you guys ;) -

Your post doesn't even make sense. How is Thousand Sunny's bathroom or Alvidas boat as important as the Sea Train? The Sea Train has Sanji vs Jerry and a few CP agents, Sanji vs Wanze, Zoro vs T-Bone, Franky vs Nero, Sanji vs Blueno and lots of character interactions that would translate well into a Musou game. So now please show me the epic list of fights that took place in Thousand Sunny's bathroom and Alvidas boat which would fit into a Musou game.

Ok if you think that's a priority… Good then... Can't tell you nothing more...

man i sure do hope we can get jinbe's fishman island outfit in an upcoming dlc, it should be one of the easier ones for them to create.

i prefer young jinbe with his long hair and young WB without the beard. the straw hats in marines costume seems interesting as well.

The fight between Luffy's ass and the the toilet seat was one not to be forgotten.

Has anyone reached the max level with any of the characters yet? Been playing 40+ hours and Zoro is close to lvl 50 and I have yet to reach the cap.
-

Toilet Seat is most likely a Yonkou post timeskip. A power house like that certainly deserves the title.

A series of "DON"s just rains upon the screen and your TV set cracks while you hammer every button.
