the grand line you mean? Nothing hints to the, being present in the NW but I do think some hqve been there. Maybe Moriah when fighting Kaidou (though he might not have been a shichibukai at the time) or the shichibukai that alledgedly sliced up the Wano samoerai.
Also, with the marine HQ in the New World, there are probably shichibukai in the New world but the marines probably still need them in Grand Line as well to make sure that ocean is "safe"

They can roam the entire world, We first see Mihawk in East Blue.
There is no location called Strong World, that is the title of a movie(10th?) and chapter #0. The Grand Line cirlces the globe and has nicknames for the two sections that are devided by the Red Line (the land mass that makes the giant wall). Pirates enter the first half of the Grand Line (called Paradise) is entered by the Reverse Mountain. Pirates going through the Fishman Island under the Red Line to enter the second half of the Grand line, called the New World.

Well you will have to wait till Wednesday seeing as thats when the next chapter comes out too see if it will still be on Mangareader, but I'm guessing if there's still past chapters on MR that the latest will be up on it Wednesday/ Thursday depending on their efficiency

We saw Mihawk informing Shanks about Luffy, so they are present in New World as well. But I guess that is more of a freedom of choice and perhaps not many of them are there because of the 4 Emperors. Who knows, but majority was seen in the "paradise"

Moria had his island/ ship stationed in the first part
Croc was stationed here
KUMA, Doflamingo we dont know much about, if Vegapunk is in the NW then probably he was a regular in the NW as well.
Doflamingo had some of his "fellows" in the first part but we know nothing about where he usually hangs out
Jinbei was mentioned communicating and interacting with WB quite a lot and now we see him (even though he is not a Shichibukai anymore) sticking with Big Mom, so I guess he was present in NW a lot too

P.S. we just learned in NW from the samurai half a guy, that some Shichibukai was there…so...

We saw him sitting on a tropical island while talking to Disco. Based on his attire and demeanor, it's safe to assume he frequents Summer Islands in the New World.
Honestly, though, New World pirates tend to move around a lot. We saw Shanks on a Summer Island, then a Winter Island.
Very excited on the current direction of One Piece. It's been too long since we've had the classic OP formula and it's getting better and better. As far as the baby-room at the end.. Could it be that whoever is in charge on this island is running something similar to the slave trade on Sabaody only with children? The samurai said he came to this island to rescue his son so maybe whatever Shichibukai is in charge of things on Punk Hazard is kidnapping children and selling them or putting them to work. Also.. the giant babies are probably the most intriguing part of that final panel. This is a huge stretch here but I'm wondering if there is any relation to the "incident" on Punk Hazard and Elbaf? I only say this because the dragon was not only awesome but made me think, especially Zoro's line "They're just from Fairy Tales!" We've got an island surrounded by a sea of fire, covered in smoldering heat, flames and dragon(s) on one half and the other half has massive frozen peaks. Seems like the kind of place Elbaf (which is "Fable" backwards as I'm sure most of you already knew) could be.

Good thought but I don't think it's Elbaf. There are no giants roaming, and the baby giants we saw certainly aren't warriors.~
Besides, Elbaf is not the only island with giants. Neither Oars or Saul came from Elbaf. And we know that Oars isn't a rare oddity but a member of a really tall tribe of giants.

Eh, it seems a lot of people are convinced the head and the lower body is different samurai because "they don't have the same speech pattern, the lower body says "buh" at the end".
Let me clarify one thing, that is a possibility, but also keep in mind, "bu" is sound of fart.
It's plausable that it's just a childish joke by Oda that the lower half is literally speaking out of its ass.

The way Stephen translated and explained it has me convinced the butt is talking. It would make sense that he can't see them or hear them without his head. He can only sense them, probably with haki, but to be able to to talk, yeah gotta be through it's butt.
