TiT was just trolling he has nothing else to troll about so its normal he shut up, AGOG is the one really suffering or even dead by now has we presume, SuperKonrad like I said before in the last chapter of One Piece will say like, OH SHEs joining later in an extra chapter, since he wont accept being proven wrong.

As much as I don't think Perona will join (because I don't think anybody will) I have to wonder why Oda decided to keep her around. He's not the kind of guy to do that for no reason, as we all know.

I don't know that. I know that he would revive Pell for no reason. I also knew that he would have Zoro be the first to return for no reason. I was, however, unaware that Oda would not give a popular side character an important role after her first role was completed.

I don't really think Perona is that popular, tbh. She seems pretty hated, actually.
Oda does have a hard time killing off characters, so Pell being alive doesn't surprise me.
While again, I don't think Perona is going to join I'm kinda thinking of Hatchan; he was a minor villain lackey who came back and played a crucial role in Saobody. I'm thinking something similar in importance could happen with Perona. -

I personally think Buggy will be the ninth. Think about it. Luffy is heading for the greatest treasure in the world, but he doesn't care about money. He just wants the title. Buggy's dream is to get all the treasure in the world. I feel like their team-up in Impel Down was kind of like a trial run to see how well they would work together. Plus, Oda said that the new Nakama would be a previous boss, and Buggy is definitely that!
Now all we need is for him to have a tragic flashback.

Has nothing to do with the story in that regard it's more about celebrating the defeat of idiots that crazily advocated something that would never be.

Doubt it, Caimie's dream is to be a famous fashion designer and she has a better chance of achieving that training under Pappagg, not sailing around being a pirate. Plus she seems very loyal and devoted to Hatchi, not to mention has a crush on him, so I doubt she'll go anywhere.
I mean, she's far weaker than Usopp and that's saying something. It doesn't matter if she trains hard, I doubt that a complete newbie at fighting could join and keep up at this point of the manga.
I can't see Buggy joining either, he's way too selfish, cowardly and greedy.

As much as I adore Caimie and Hatchan I think they're great and happy enough being a trio with Pappagg. I don't want them to join, lol.
If Caimie had been introduced at the beginning of the manga, before they got to the grand line her joining could have worked and been similar to Usopp's case (gradually getting stronger and keeping up), but with the Grand Line noted for being extremely tough and darwinistic I doubt any new crew members could get away with not already having battle experience. -
Do I think it's likely right now? Absolutely not. But Buggy joining could be handled well. Almost like how Piccolo said he still wanted to kill Son Goku in Dragon Ball despite training Gohan. Eventually he gave up on it. It could be played for Comedic value, Buggy joins, the crew trust him because they know they could easily stop him if he tried to steal from them.
We've seen how Oda can make minor bad guys with no real back story easy to sympathize with, but considering how we know Buggy's past, he's not really seriously driven as a villain, he just wants treasure. We know that he's not really bad, just, over confident, and selfish. But like I said, if Oda chose to, he could have Buggy join up, something happening like him stealing from the SH's, get's captured by the arcs bad guy, and Luffy saves him regardless, and he wants to join, but still acts as though he just wants the treasure.
So yea, While I really don't think it will happen, if Oda chose to, Buggy's a really easy character to turn into a SH.
