Any further interactions are seen as undeniable evidence that they are joining, no matter how irrelevant they may be.
The unlikelihood of them actually joining has no effect on their eligibility because you like them.

She could've been a middle-aged woman when they imprisoned her, and would've continued to age normally if they put her in seastone cuffs. Some disaster (maybe an earthquake) happens and her cell is destroyed, falling into the sea. She is presumed dead. Then Whitebeard's crew finds an infant and takes it to the nearest town. The World Government not only thinks she is dead, but also has no idea what she looked like when she was older than, say, 50. So when some rookie pirate called "Jewelry Bonney" starts wreaking havoc in South Blue and the Grand Line, they would have had no way of knowing her actual identity until word of her Devil Fruit powers reached them.
That actually makes sense, but I just re-read the chapter and I was wondering that if Bonney has the power to actually become an infant why didn't she escaped when Blackbeard flew prior to Akainu's arrival? Couldn't she just become an infant and escape from the chains? I doubt those chains are special so… I don't know if I becoming crazy here or that was just part of Oda's plan to show Akainu and Bonney together and their little chat.
Perhaps, I'll start seeing Luffy's new crewmate everywhere too xDDD

It seems Oda has created a plot hole here, because it nullified Marco's DF
and Ace's, and Crocodile's, and Robin's.
None of them appeared to be majorly weakened either, they just could not use their powers.
The only time we saw the seastone weaken someone (to my recollection) was in Alabasta when Luffy was Crocodile's cage.

No, it's not a plot hole because sea stone varies in its strength depending on density/composition. the handcuffs are only designed to nullify powers not drain DF users strength.

I don't think so. For one thing he's not in killing mode because he seems relatively calm when talking to Bonney. and he said he was alarmed that she ran away from the government, so it seems like she's important somehow. to make Akainu of all people alarmed is a huge deal and he wouldn't be that stupid. He reserves magma fisting for "scumbags." :D
in fact this is probably the most calm he's ever been as opposed to "ABSOLUTE JUSTICE!! BURN EVERYTHING!! BLARGH I KILL YOU!!" -
Seastone devices don't always work the same.
Crocodile's cage drained it's victim, but cuffs don't apparently.
Also, Seastone's effects also vary depending on the DF. Logias under it's effects wouldn't be able to shift, but Luffy would still stretch since his body is always rubber.

I think you're mistaking Eneru for someone else. Eneru was almost killed because Luffy is made of rubber and kicked his ass, though other people could kick his ass just as easily if he were ever sea-cuffed. Are you thinking of Ace, maybe?
