And his prediction was based in facts from the manga and was quite keen/astute. On the other hand, you offer the opinion that Naruto only got bad after Pain and wasn't going downhill before AND that the Pain vs Naruto fight was good w/o offering any backup as to WHY you think so.

The sasuke - Itachi fight sucked and the twist also sucked but it didnt destroy the manga.
Yes I keep telling the Naruto vs Pain fight wasnt bad.
Pain had a great powers variation.
The villain was stomping everyone and it seemed good that the bad guys were winning.
Summons were part of the battle.
Even if Naruto kept using his shitty rasengans the clash was nice and out of the usual shonen kick-punch fights.
If the fight ended where Naruto kneeled before Pain it would be great..but the Kyubi and 4th appeared and it went downhill. -

Sasuke almost killed Sakura (though that's a good thing), planned to kill Kakashi, and wanted to destroy ALL of Konoha for what may be the most idiotic motive in the history of manga and yet Naruto pulls the "IM UR FREIND I WILL DI WIT YOO" bullcrap. Uggghhhhh, I read this for free and I still feel like I'm being gyped. Also, kudos on the thread title, it is not only hilarious but extremely appropiate as well.
