I thought Crocodile would have ended up incapacitated at some point during either the escape from Magellan at Impel Down or during the war at Marineford(preferably by Newgate relatively quickly) and end up being locked up yet again. I'm pretty disappointed that didn't happen since the guy was the antagonist in his own major arc unlike let's say Buggy who already had connections to future big players already established in the New World. I'd have preferred more focus to have gone to newer introduced characters during the most recent arc.

Yeah, I may have been wrong about blood, but I was in the right ballpark considering RED BASED LOGIA was so fucking obviously what he would have.

Oh yeah I remember when I thought Croc had a plan. Not ancient weapons in ID(that's just dumb) but some plan that was Michael Scofield-esque.

It was a good day and a great feeling to see everyone wrong about Akainu not being a logia (there are some dumbasses who still think he isn't) and so much more when he was shown to be a magma/lava man.

When Borsalino was shown being a light logia, I knew that Sakazuki would be a red themed logia.

I don't see why anyone could have argued otherwise after Borsalino did his thing. Or seriously argued Sakazuki was not certainly a logia when first shot a lava fist.

There's also a huge misconception with the scene where Apoo attacks Kizaru. I knew this one dumbass oon another forum believed that Apoo didn't cut Kizaru's forearm off with his ability or make him explode but that he controlled his forearm to make it disconnect from the rest of his body and then shoot a light beam to blow him up.

Couldn't believe a person could interpret a scene like that.

Oh and then there's the infamous BB ate a Cerberus zoan DF and that's why he's able to eat more than one DF

That reminds me about how I thought Luffy would have at least fought Sentomaru during the war at Marineford. In hindsight yeah it was pretty much a given that wouldn't work due to Luffy being nowhere near top-form due to Magellan and the subsequent Emporio Healing Hormones from Ivankov so there was never really a time to rest.

I guess I just thought that out of the three from Saobady Archipelago(Sentomaru, Kuma and Borsalino) he seemed the only one I figured Luffy would be capable to taking out had he been at his best since the remaining two are pretty much out of his league at the moment nor did they ever seem the type of characters Luffy would end up facing.

Remember all that discussion about why no one, even Newgate, hadn't made it to Raftel since Roger? I remember the popular theories was that access to Raftel could only be allowed once every x number of years(which would of course fit perfectly for Luffy) or that you had to be a D to go there. I remember thinking about these theories the chapter it showed Newgate and Roger drinking together and Newgate saying that he plain didn't want to go there even if he was told how to. That surprised me because I don't think anyone thought that was the reason Newgate hadn't made it to Raftel.

What are you talking about? Zoro and Kaku did have a real sword fight, but Kaku cheated by using his giraffe powers. And The Enies Lobby fights were (mostly) serious.

When I was only up to Skypiea and I read on the One Piece wiki that the Straw Hats were in a place called Enies Lobby and that Hina was relaxing on an island resort, I thought it meant that the Straw Hats had gone to a resort called Enies Lobby and that Hina was there and was trying to capture them by using the Buster Call. (The wording and the fact they mentioned her on the Enies Lobby Arc's page REALLY confused me)
