I'm surprised they left in Sanji at the slots, but then again, they couldn't really do anything about it.
Er… In Pokemon Blue/Red/Yellow/LeafGreen/FireRed your main character plays at slots so they might've just thought the kids would think Sanji was trying to win at the Celadon Game center.
Dunno if anyone else noticed, but Ms. Doublefinger still has her cigarrette holder thingy in one shot.
I did a double take when I saw it, so I rewinded and there it was! The scene with Mr.1 and her on the ship, it's right there. However, in EVERY other scene involving her (including other episodes, and Grand Battle event art) her cig is gone and she just has really weird hand gestures.
That's 4kids consistancy for ya, their editors are so darn lazy.
I will give 4kids one thing, Mr. 1's line about Doublefinger's walk made me laugh.
Croc revealing Robin's real name isn't THAT big a deal, since her identity was never a big plot point or anything. So saying her name both here and way back at Whiskey Peak isn't a HUGE problem.
Aside from Kohza getting shot in the weirdest way possible, and lots of boogie lines this episode wasn't so bad (for a 4kids show thats bene butchered). Now on to They Call Me Mr. Prince.

I dunno if it was the same tune or not, but there was definately a jazzy tune that played when Sanji was around.
Vivi…...good god Kayzie Rogers, you could at least sound like you're somewhat worried about what's going on. But that's not gonna change so really not worth talking about anymore.
I still don't get why its gators and not bananadiles. I mean CrocoDILE, wouldn't bananaDILE make a little more sense? I mean even from 4kids' point of view I would think dile would be the better choice. oh well
It felt like they did some scene rearranging. It was too noisy. Heck all the dubs are too noisy. And I miss that jazzy tune when Sanji appeared. It kinda left the feeling that everything is going to be okay. $kids version just left me feeling ehh…

When Crocodile demonstrated his sandstorm power, there were a bunch of clips of earlier sandstorms that I don't remember from the original.
Also, when Mr. Prince called, I think they added in a scene of Sanji kicking a guy and taking his phone, because I'm pretty sure in the original the DDM just started ringing without any warning.

Around 6 I think, assuming 4kids continues to not splice episodes. But once the fighting starts…..who's to say really.
But One Piece is also going on rerun hiatus it would seem, so it'll be a while until we see anything past the first Luffy/Croc fight.

Bon Clay sounded (if it's possible) more 'okama'/homosexual than before in one scene (I think it went something along the lines of

Bon Clay: "I did more than touch…"). That's all I can remember off the top of my head.
Well if they do go on hiatus (Currently on channel 23…), it would give us subbies a chance to convert them into dubbies. We have the conclusion of the Alabasta Arc. We can show them the rest of the story, and when $Kids airs it, they can see the difference for themselves.
Remember, we are not showing them eps they have already seen...We are showing them a continuation that they won't see for a long time.

Okama is slang for gay. I'm not sure why, since it translates to cooking pot, but….
Oyama is a male kabuki crossdresser. There's where the mistakes are commonly made.
If you want to know what the technical term is for making references to things like the BGM, it's "breaking the fourth wall" (whenever the character makes a reference to the fact that they're in a play/cartoon/movie/whatever).
Odd, 4Kids removed all of those kinds of jokes from Shaman King, now they're putting them in One Piece.

When Crocodile asks them about the presence of all those sandstorms, Toto digging in Yuba was replaced with the sandstorm they faced in Erumalu.
Crocodile explains, and there are some more scenes. A scrolling shot of dried up Yuba is replaced with some more Erumalu sandstorm scenes. This is before the scene where Toto talked to Luffy in Yuba.
And, it seems, that the camera zooming out from Yuba was replaced with more of these past and future sandstorm scenes.
