If the titles weren't found out yesterday it would have been so much more hype. Poor Zygarde though.

Compared to how they revealed Pokemon X and Y, this one felt rather lackluster. It is cool to hear that it's a worldwide release again, but it's weird to be hyped about that when so many other companies already do that thing where they localize games before releasing everywhere, so it winds up feeling like Nintendon making a deal of something that should be a standard already.

Yeah with XY gthey showed a trailer the starters and the legendaries, btw a guy dressed like red was in one of the concept art pictures.

Lol, looking at the concept art, there's one with a bunch of trucks for some reason. One of them is a fire truck with a blastoise riding on the top of it xD.
The pokemon the guy was designing seems to be like a bird with a rather large head.There's also a palm tree next to a giant building. I'm sensing either Africa or Brazil out of this.

Well, those models seem to be there just to give a context and proportion to the buildings and vans. Much like the random people thrown in when architects reveal building projections and such.
I don't think they represent accurately what the characters will look like. We didn't see any trainer concept art.

Well given the slight graphical upgrade from Gen IV to Gen V (despite both being on the DS), I'm curious to see how much has been tweaked since X/Y, considering this will (probably?) be on the 3DS as well.

Well in the pic with the big building with the horsea statue there is 2 trainers oddly similar to the Fire Red Leaf Green sprites.

That's not trainer concept art though, which is the point I'm making. They're just there to give relative size to the building.

Oh i'm both happy and pissed off. I still haven't been able to buy X/Y or the Sapphire/Ruby remakes. I've played every single generation of game, i own them all…and this gen is almost over.....

Interesting. I really hope that the concept art here is fairly accurate to what the game will look like, because that'd be a significant increase over X/Y, which still had that 2.5D feel going on (battles aside).

I hope one of these days there'll be a pokemon game that focuses in on usability and eliminates all annoyances that come from weird menu setups/slowdowns etc etc.
I'd love to get back into Pokemon but the menu navigation does not respect my time in that game.

Same with most non box art legendaries.

There isn't any need for the press release, the footage listed each and all the generations and the year they were released, eventually gettin to the current times with the official announcement of the 7th Gen.

How….does that work exactly? I mean, all of the types are still there, as are the moves, but there would be some serious stat recalculation.
