@Phoenix:
I'm still trying to figure out the logic in it being Kaidou related. Why would someone from Kaidou's crew be fighting in a tournament for Ace's fruit when they should be in the underground protecting the factory. Plus, Kaidou is affliated with Doflamingo. One of Kaidou's subordinates wouldn't have to keep his identity secret since Doflamingo and his crew should know who they are. If one of Kaidou's people where there Doflamingo would be alot more afraid then he is.
It can happen, for all we know Kaido just sent one of his mans to pickup an order of SMILES but since it take time to load the cargo onto the ship, he decides to mess around a little and join this tournament full of New World fighters. Kaido's henchmans doesn't have to protect the port, that's Doflamingo's job and yes, they have a mutual deal, not a Kaido is over me type of deal, they both gain something in exchange and there no reason for Doflamingo to be afraid.

All it would do is make the public be scared of him and he could do whatever he wants. There's really no reason for him to keep his identity a secret. It would even work better in the tournament since fighters would back off from fighting him. Diamante would probably back off as well since I don't think he would want to attack someone who works under Kaidou. He wouldn't really have to go through all this trouble to claim Ace's fruit since Doflamingo is supposed to be afraid of Kaidou.
Why would Diamante back off from fighting a gladiator, who join his Colisseum in his own free will? You taking this 'Doflamingo is afraid of Kaido way out of context'

@Phoenix:
Huh, what are you saying here. So if the factory deal is off…......Kaidou wouldn't do any retaliation?
At this point, I believe that Kaido won't put too much thoughts on the deal he has with Doflamingo once he can't give him the Smiles
