I wonder does Toy Soldier know that the effect wears off when she gets unconscious (maybe from narratives from previous users) or is he just guessing?
I would have thought her power is similar to Moria's which doesn't wear off so easily. Besides, doesn't she lose consciousness everytime she sleeps? Wait… Considering her body doesn't age, so maybe she isn't really human any more and doesn't have to sleep any more.
Yeah, I guess that makes sense. Though it's quite risky to rely on it for years. I mean she only has to faint just for a moment. That is, if she isn't in fact a beast with very high stamina.

Now I'm even more convinced that the Tournament will be interrupted somehow.
We have Burgess, Rebecca, Cavendish, Bartolomeo, Diamanté and now Sabo!
There's no way (right now I can see) any of them losing except Diamanté•Jesus Burgess may steal it and Sabo + Bartolomeo will track him down.
•The Chaos from people getting their memories and bodies back (in the crowd and around DressRosa)
•Diamanté could take it and run (with someone chasing him)
•Factory destruction could lead to Colosseum destruction (I doubt King Riku or anyone will want or miss or use the colosseum after the Donquixote dethroning)Thing is there needs to be a convergence;
i.e. Rebecca, Viola, Luffy & co., Toy Soldier & Fairies, King Riku, Toy & Contestants, Marines, Revolutionaries etc. etc.The only thing we can count on is Chaos and Strawhats winning
You could well be right! However, the thing of the destination of Fruit is pretty well settled. SABO is gonna take it, with or without the interruption of Tournament.
Some things to add:
Can't wait to see if Burgess, Diamante, and Cavendish acknowledge that Lucy is not Luffy but someone else, and I definitely want to see their face when they realize Sabo's power!

Dressrosa has far more groups involved than the war, I'd be shocked if shit doesn't go crazy very very soon. You've got Shichibukai 1 current and 1 former, SHs, Big Mom/Pekoms/Tamago, Kaidou, Caesar Clown, Blackbeard/Burgess (all 3 involved in some aspects), an admiral, the marines, Sabo, the revolutionaries, Doflamingo family, Tontattas, Toys, Riku soldiers and king, CP0, Don Chinjao, and tons of other fighters. The war had WB and Commanders, allies, Luffy, Shichibukai, revolutionaries, Blackbeard, Shanks, prisoners, admirals, fleet admiral, marines.

It was suggested by Whitebeard that somebody will appear to carry on the Will of Roger and Ace. I thought it was Luffy, so I don't really know why Sabo would be the one to inherit Ace will.
That's why I say he won't get past Burgess.

No Sabo is saying Luffy won't get the Fire Fruit, because Luffy has to go elsewhere right now. He was agreeing with Barto about the pirate king bit like it was yesterday's news. Sabo will get the fruit for the sake of their brotherhood.

Very slow, deliberate, and non-direct way of bringing Sabo back. Never see above the torso, his face is never shown, and his name is never mentioned in the chapter. But just through the suggestive imagery and call-backs, we can deduce who it is.
And yet, I wonder if there's a specific reason Oda is going about it this way. It seemed really quick, but perhaps the next chapter will have an "immediate flashback" where we Sabo actually receiving the gear from Luffy, and no doubt some more words are shared.
