Basis by Nia, who else, I got rid of the tie-paw (thanks for the hint, Enzeru~), changed background colours, put some cyborg-eye glasses on his cap (yeah, he's THAT badass), added the Kuma-lock on target logo (you know, the big white thing on the front of his black jacket) as a tattoo on his right chest… and some lighting effects as well. Hope you like it, I call dibs. Copyright by Nia and me (for this case :ninja)

Question - does it look better with or without the glasses?

I'm ok with re-colouring, but it's been some time since I've done any picture editing so I'm a bit rusty at this. I can't make gifs though, or actually… you know, create new hair or hats for a new Tori to wear. I really don't know how...

Sometimes I draw it completely by hand, sometimes I *r_e_*draw it by hand (like when the reference image doesn't have good quality) and most of the times I just take a random image google spit out, cut out the part I want and tweak it so that it fits my 'tori. Most of the time that requires partly redrawing the thing I try to fit in.
