Wow serious? PA is selling bootlegs too?
There are sure not getting from a reliable source. Did someone who receive bootleg already tell them that they got a bootleg.
Ive never purchase from PA before their pricing is abit expensive

I think maggie and iomi got bootleg super DX ace.

And the thing is, P-A dont know if its bootleg. =).
But hey, bootleg Super DX ace and the original are really close.

Maybe its not even bootleg, just a bad batch from banpresto.

Me too! My Super DX Ace from P-A cant stand upright firmly…and i thought i was the only one that got unlucky

agree with blacksmith … i think thats not bootleg but only bad quality production, I think they have good QA section in their company.
Mabye different now .. who knows ... preordered one .. lets see^^

For me, I do not really care about the color of a sticker since it is not on the figure when it is opened but I just cannot really see Play-Asia selling bootlegs since it is easy enough to dispute charges on those sort of things and the bad online press that it would cause would make it very bad for a site like them. I am sure they know enough to see if it has the Toei sticker on it, even if they are colorblind to the region of the sticker.

Thr thing that always kills me abot PA is shipping price–especially since I've heard it's really cheap to ship international from where they are. Anyway, we'll see how legit it is when it comes. crosses fingers

Owen, try dispute it, u will find it's not easy to dispute thru paypal if "you are not purchasing from ebay"
maybe dispute from credit card is quicker….lol
anyway, i am out of PA, no more discussion about this shit store

I returned my Super DX Ace from PA a long time ago. They disputed it when I tried to argue the case with them. I had to pay shipping back to them. I was not happy with that.

I think I've seen many preorders go up in USA stores, but not a whisper from stores in Japan. Very odd! I think maybe they're learning their lesson and just taking orders when the items come into stock…?

Has HLJ put GLM shanks up for sale? Did any members get GLM shanks from PA? and for how much?
Am waiting for HLJ to put him up so I can try get him cheap and gauge the price zoro will be…
GLM is so freaking expensive than it first came out

I have learnt my lesson to wait rather than spend more at ebay (Brotherhood came in stock at hlj 1 month after i placed the order, by then I had already paid for one set from ebay. The price difference is so much!)

My friend went to mandarake and took a picture. GLM shanks and beckman for 4200 yen and brotherhood for 3150 yen (smacks head, could have saved almost half the price)

Buggy was on hlj for a while and now 2 versions of sanji are left unwanted. where is the love for him? haha

I don't know if there's a deeper meaning on what Yokuonge meant by "bad costumer service", but from what I read, some users on AP were receiving what seems to be the bootleg version of their items from PA. And if that's true, you should be worried.

yeah about the stickers thing, i really don't care if i know in advance that they do that. but the bootleg thingy it does bother me. So i don't. I manage to grab two other preorders for perona and silvers at hobby frontier and otacute. but i ordered the bon clay + IVAN combo, the grandline children sabo and luffy and the random box -new world- and i can't seem to find any other place with them up for preorder :( bu it is hard to be a fan

I know nobody cares about this right now, but now that you mention hobby frontier, I think they sell POPs with the international toei sticker, that's why their prices are so much more affordable. As for me personally, apart from the online Japan stores and maybe another user on eBay, hobby frontier has become my number 1 store for POP purchases. A shame they don't do grandline men though (or do they?)

yeah i do not mind about the sticker, so i will leave the preorder. I decided that i will leave the preorder for p-a i´m going to take a chance and if they are bootlegs well, i will give them away to a friend that cannot buy this figures. And if they come as originals then i will sell the second items that i will get. Too bad i did not know about all this prior to my orders :(
