This time there's 10 different straps instead of the usual 8; the secret is probably the Going Merry since it says "The secret(strap) is the dearly missed…"

Quick note about kingplayer, not the shop to do business with. I had no problem with them delivering a Sakura HQS statue from Tsume (this was in stock) before so I placed another HQS preorder with them…Ulquiorra from Bleach. So over a week ago, I got a letter from Tsume telling me that kingplayer won't be able to fulfill the order. I check with them, and they confirmed this via email and that they would refund me. It's been over a week since and I've sent 4 emails since asking when my refund would be processed with no response. Working things out with paypal and credit card company now in anticipation of what looks to be inevitable. Ripping customers off on $400+ statues is pretty significant in my books. Just wanted to let everyone know about them.

Got same problem with them now.

they said - _there are not enough funds in our PayPal account for me to issue refunds for the pre-orders.

Those will be refunded as soon as possible, it should not take longer than two weeks._
But it soon will be 2 weeks. already email them again - not response yet.

and from what i know - they cancelled all of they pre-orders from TSUME.

Really annoyed because a) I could have ordered it from another place if I knew my order with HLJ wasn't set in stone, but didn't and now the other opportunity is gone b) they didn't even bother to send me an email saying that they recieved short stock… Knowing them they'll only email me an apology in 6-10 weeks time...

This happens often and I really wish they would at least give some sort of a REAL apology to make up for it, like a discount for future order... I will now have to spend more money on this set now that it's out and wasn't bought on pre-order!

HLJ is one of the sites I use frequently along with AmiAmi and Mandarake and I will always be faithfull to them, but ARGH! :getlost: So annoying!!!
