I think a fact like that however, isn't as major as something like the official titles and designations of where the Sagas lie... I just think that's a much bigger fact to make a mistake on...

Oh, I know that. I was just going off of what you said earlier:
Oda probably didn't write all of this himself, but his seal of approval is on it. Which means unless it's a very minute detail, any broad statements are probably acceptable.
I'd take "Official Saga Titles and Designations" as a more Broad Statement, but that's just my opinion I guess.

I have no idea how these 'star rankings' works, or the colors of the nicknames, and what they mean, anyone can give me a link to a thread where it's explained?

I notice something they all have in common: contributions to the forums from Japan or elsewhere across the seas. As for the page, I don't recall there actually being one. Gray refers to the admins, green for moderators, purple for editors, blue for envoys, and red/brown for other major contributors to the forums (not sure about that last one).

Spot on and I agree. His seal of approval IS on it, but the divvying up may not be 'official' divisions so much as they serve the purpose of diving the story up well as from the perspective of the mini-arcs.

You're exactly right, though It may not be Oda's full words there, but it's, as of now, the closest thing we have to an Oda-approved divvying up of the Sagas. I don't remember Yellow giving explicit Chapter lists for them at least.

I'm about 99% positive that the way the sections of the book were split up was designed to divide the story in such a way that it interfaces with the cover arcs, NOT as some sort of Author Sanctioned Statement on the way the story arcs are meant to be processed. That kind of decision is usually made by the editors and art direction workers in the layout and planning phase.

No… nothing like that. They simply have their name and their nickname on the pictures.

hey greg, this question is irrelevant but its the only place I can think of writting it, I know that you attend jump festa and have been to th eone piece booth, well this year is my last year of school so next year or the year after me and my friend want to come to japan for a holiday at around jump festa time for the one piece convention I just want to know the preocess of getting the tickets and how much they cost (for jump festa and the one piece booth)

That definition of two-star is an outdated one. The new two-star group is really for consistent and accurate providers for these forums (be it images or translations). It's mostly so they'll stick out in threads like this one.

Yeah sure, I act annoying at my thread when people post offtopic on it and try to turn "Colour Prediction" into "Coloured Manga Pages". If you want "Coloured Manga Pages" thread you need to go and make one in Creativity Forum. There is a difference between the two.
