Think someone's going to go out of their way to post that video on Youtube now? I'm thinking the creators are half expecting it.

sweet link Taboo. great season opener, but I found S2's opener to still be the best. The whole song and scene cuts were done so perfectly.
As for Dr. Girlfriend's secret, she's pregnant. I'm calling it.
-
Just had a chance to catch it on the AS website. Was incredibly good. I was surprised how they can always hook you back in.
-
As for Dr. Girlfriend's secret, she's pregnant. I'm calling it.
Yeah, you and about a million other fans (no offense).
Me, I'll say she's an alien.
-
Well she's not a man of course that'd be too easy wouldn't it.
-
I was under the impression I was unique, why do you hurt me so.
And I retract my statement about Dr. Girlfriend about her being pregnant.
She is in fact indeed a man and pregnant. I'm calling it.
-
Wait, wasn't the whole thing that she wanted to tell Monarch was the whole guild thing? Wasn't that said in the first minute?
-
I don't think so. I mean, I thought so too at first, but after rewatching it a few times, I think he was simply having a flashback.
-
But what about when he said "This is the last fucking thing I thought you would say," or whatever he said. Wouldn't that mean thats what Dr. Girlfriend was talking about?
-
This episode was so damn brilliant! I enjoyed every moment of it! And I was so glad to finally see backstories to Monarch and Dr. Girlfriend. I wonder if this season will focus a lot more on them, or if this opening episode was just a foreshadowing or something. Either way, I am looking forward to this season!
-
I dunno, I think this season will focus more on Venture Sr. more than the monarch. TO MY DISMAY
-
Considering the Monarch is the most recurring villain in the series that's not completely a bad thing.
-
I was under the impression I was unique, why do you hurt me so.
And I retract my statement about Dr. Girlfriend about her being pregnant.

It's my job. I love to hurt and cause misery. Bwa ha ha ha ha ha ha!
But seriously, yeah, the Dr. G is pregnant theory is fairly common among the fanbase.
Oh, and "a man and pregnant"? Hmm, well that certainly is more original
-
Just watch the new episode on Adult Swim.com. Great episode with Dr. Opherius, and others.
-
I actually thought it was gonna be something like "I'm a man." when I first heard it.
-
She's already confirmed she's not a man. There's the episode where the brothers have a date with Triana and her friend, and her friend asks Dr. Girlfriend, "Do you belong in here?" and she sighs and says, "Yes… I just have a deep voice."
It's either that she's pregnant, or that she and the Monarch are cousins. Those are my guesses.
-
@Fire Fist:

Yeah that's not enough to go on.
-
@FFA
yeah, i'd hope so if she's convincing enough to have sex with the Monarch, Phantom Limb and possibly Rusty
-
ordered my Killinger shirt a few days ago. woot woot.
-
wow, why haven't I seen this thread earlier?
I didn't watch the newest episode online, I'd rather watch it on tv (bigger screen).
Then again, there's no commercials online….hmm..
-
Newest episode is out on Adultswim.com. Very good but unusual episode in that its less humor (although there are parts that rock) but more so a really rich treat for those who have watched the vast majority of the series. Quite a bit of interesting things are explained and its rare a show on Adult Swim has such depth to include these things. Lots of stuff being linked together.
-
i always thought this show was good, but this season has made me a true believer! i think theres been 4 or 5 episodes so far this season, if i had to score them theyd all be getting 9/10 or perfect 10s. really, really excellent show.
-
New Episode aired tonight "Buddy System". There was quite a few funny parts but this is the first episode this season that didn't absolutely wow me. I'd say a solid 6 or 7 out of 10.
-
Can't be as iffy as last week's or dumb as the week before that.
-
i love how theyre going a lot more in depth with some of the ideas presented in previous seasons.
like the idea that dr. venture was a popular boy adventurer. playing off that instead of him "just" being an amoral/washed-up/hackey scientist. and the wierd arching "triangle" with dr.venture/monarch/ sgt. hatred.
i think its all been really original, and really funny. these episodes have been more "sitcomish" which im liking.
-
Okay, this episode was my favorite of the season thus far. It was freakin' hilarious, and we finally got to see Hank and Dean in action, especially Dean lol.
-
Watched tonight's episode, it was mighty fine. I really need to see more of this series, I've basically seen random episodes of all three seasons. I've caught a few on Comcast on Demand… speaking of that, I dunno wtf's going on with them.
There's always two episodes of VB's on there, thing is they're always listed as episode 16 and episode 22. But every month or so the episodes content changes but they're still listed as 16 and 22.
-
OK so I'm watching the final ep. of Season 1 and am really liking this series.
However….why? Why do I like it? I can't exactly pin point the EXACT reason why I like this show, I mean OK Brock is part of it, and the serious humor is another part, but what is it that makes me like this show so much?!
Oh and I kinda called it on the womb thing since it reminds me of! Cassandra Nova from the X-Men
Oh and is Dr. O supposed to be a reference to Dr. Strange? -
Just wait until you hit Season 2 and Season 3 that when the show gets great and awesome at the same time.
-
^Oh Tizoc. It's good to see that you've entered the Wonderful World of the Venture Bros. But you question why you like it? My friend, you like it because it's one of the most epic shows on television today. Beyond that, well, I must admit it's kind of hard to define. Perhaps it's the characters' quick wit, their humorous idionsynchrasies, or the shows relentless satire and parody mixed with some kickass action. I definitely recommend continuing on and watching the 2nd and 3rd seasons because, trust me my friend, it only gets better.
-
Oh I do, not to mention that the origin of the Bros. is revealed in the first ep. of Season 2.
I also had seen an image from Season 2 or 3 showing
! the Ventures, Brock and other adventurers in a vein similar to Ep. 1 of Justice League Unlimited Season 1
…maybe it is secretly, a tribute to comic book fans out there.I must say that the parody and satire doesn't seem over the top, and I like it.
Oh and Brock Samson FTW, he must've slept with just about EVERY hot chick in his college.
-
And Season 4 starts this fall and I got feeling its going be more epic as ever.
-
I remember when the pilot episode first aired on Adult Swim, and turned it off after the first five minutes. Then, after my friend convinced me, I started to get a bit more interested, especially how the series is a mature parody of Johnny Quest, and how they decide to mock villain stereotypes.
I've only seen the first two seasons, but plan to get the season 3 DVD soon.
-
Failure has never been so rewarding.
-
but what is it that makes me like this show so much?!
Monarch and his henchmen 21 & 24.
Seriously nothing on that show is as funny as the Monarch.
-
Well to me it'd be Dr. O, that guy's scenes are both humorous and serious at the same time.
Plus I like how modest he is. -
And here I thought season 4 had been announced.
-
Seasons 3 and 4 were announced at the same time.
-
I just rewatched the pilot with my bro and just realized
! the name of Otaku's company is Onani XD
-
<3 Venture Bros.
I don't think anything else on TV makes me laugh so hard. The show makes fun of so many things and itself at the same time.
-
LOWER THE GIANT HAIR DRYIER!!
gets me every. time.
-
The Monarch's tortures are awesome, especially the Red Dragon prostitute thing.
24: I can't believe that whore stole my Stanza!
21: I can't believe that whore made it through the lake of acid! -
Never in my life have I seen a show that takes comic and Hanna-Barbera-like characters, and have them do and say stuff that I would. Disregarding One Piece, this is my favorite cartoon going.
-
Well, who could ever forget:
Dr. Venture: You just don't know when to stop with all this. You just keep pushing my buttons
Monarch: You're my archenemy! That's what I do. That's my thing.Dr. Orpheus is my favorite though (thus, I was very disappointed with his low screentime in season 3)
"Do not be too hasty to enter that restroom. I had Taco Bell for lunch!"
"Who is Hector Molina?! And why do they keep sending me his junk mail?!"
I also love the Order of the Triad in general
"But being a magic super hero that keeps chasing the same guy? It’s completely gay. That is coming from a guy that voluntarily has sex with men!"
-

me too ^^

Look under M for MONARCH

-
!
! ;_;Dean: HANK! …don't look now... the Apaches are back!
Hank: ...what?
Dean: Look! Tee-Pee in your Trunks!
Hank: !!?
-Molotov, looking out the window-
Hank: MY PANTS ARE HAUNTED!! MY PANTS ARE HAUNTED!!
-
The greatest scene is the intro to "The Trial Of The Monarch".
MECHA-SHIVA!
-
i would by a million copies of The Flight Of The Monarch
-
"If I had a lady like your wife I'd be with her right now, and I would- I'd be brushing her hair, and then we'd be exploring our feelings."
