I don't know….I think Kizaru might be the new Fa. That or Aokiji. I think that Oda knows his readers are expecting it to be Akainu. If you look at it, Kizaru easily has the most dangerous DF out of the bunch. He also has control. Aokiji is too lazy and Akainu too ruthless. Akainu will also not hesitate to kill civilians if he thinks someone may be hidden among them, and I don't think that the Marines want him to be their face, after all, people aren't supposed to fear the marines....
Who knows. I don't think we'll find out who it is for a while though....Doberman will totally be the new Admiral though....

However I like the way you think - considering how much blood comes out of people in animes like they have firehose type blood pressure I could see someone fighting pricking their finger and blowing someone away with a stream of blood from their finger. Can't remember which Anime I was watching when I thought that one up.

Using the gush of blood as a weapon is a funny idea–but the idea of using blood as a weapon isn't really new. Two off the top of my head:
--Inuyasha had a weapon he made from his blood called "blades of blood"
--In Avatar there is a form of water bending that involves controlling someone by controlling their blood.

I have to assume the new Fleet Admiral is Aokiji, both because Sengoku recommended him and because he's the best choice. If Akainu was chosen he'd have burned down the archipelago by now.

I think Aokiji might be a little too pimportant to be Fleet Admiral. When I think of an FA, I think of a puffed up figure that can't or won't enter a battle unless they really have to. I think Kizaru fits pretty well, as it might take his powers off the table. But if it is Akainu then he's totally getting his ass kicked anyway.

Well, even so it's been over 2 years since Ace died. You'd think it would have grown back by now. Plus it doesn't matter since as far as I know Oda didn't set a specific time so since he's the author he could use it. And it'd be a good plot device.

I'm not completely clear about this line, but…
back in the Arlong arc... in the Viz manga Usopp said it'd take Zoro two years to recover from his wounds. Although... the Funimation sub had Usopp say it'd take a normal person two years to recover from those wounds.
So I dunno which like is right, or if the anime changed it, or something. I'm not expecting anything big coming from this line, but since two years was mentioned, and we've gotten a two year timeskip, I wanted to throw out there the possibility that SOMETHING might come out of this...

I don't think a FA has to be more powerful than an Admiral. It's all 'bout the brain. Apparently Kizaru lacks it.

it's really good that im watching it again for the 6th time from episode 1 (currently at arlong park). but after reading the manga for some catching up, i have some doubts on what would happen next.. (i do really hope that it will not happen)
! there will be a timeskip in the manga, i do hope that the thing happened to naruto will not happen to one piece..

There's already been a time skip and it's been executed superbly. Oda is a good writer while Kishi is not so that's the difference.

The timeskip was done perfectly. I was really worried. It seemed sort of early for Brook and Franky to get separated since then just joined though. All the characters are still the same. Chopper now even has a "cuter" appearance now. Bigger hats on small animals always makes things better.
I love One Piece though. I hope it is only at the half way point. I would like some good lazy Chapters/episodes now. Like when they were just sitting there fishing.

what im fearing is that what will happen after the end of marineford? just like naruto, they put a big filler gap after sasuke left hidden leaf.. that's what im doubting here at one piece
