One Piece - Gigant Battle (New DS game)

The only thing I wish they had fixed from JUS was that when characters turn around, they simply mirror them…this is a problem for characters who have certain things on only one side of their body. Take Crocodile's hook...it's on his left hand. But in that scan, you can clearly see that whenver he turns around in the game his hook switches hands =/

It's just...a little bit lazy if you ask me. They fixed it so you couldn't see Sanji's left eye in JUS, but it seems they didn't bother with Croc's arm in this game, the same as they left Allen Walker's arm to switch side sides in JUS...and I think Yoh Asakura had this problem as well with his oversoul.

Yes, it's this picture, but it's cropped: in the full scan, you can see the arrow. I agree about the fact that they are useless, but I can understand that Ganbarion added them because tehy are just a slight edit of Kuma's sprite: just remove the Bible and add a mouth laserbeam.

For Usopp, for me the arrow points to him or Brook, but most likely to him.

He was also the main enemy of an earlier arc. One that wasn't too long ago.

I'd imagine he'll be playable. I just hope he isn't as cheap as he is in Unlimited Cruise.

I've seen official merch that spells names as Flanky and Lobin.

Hell I own figures that spell names as Bon Clay, Moriah and Oh's (instead of Oars).

So it's kinda hypocritical of you to use merchandise that routinely gets shit wrong and then go and mock somebody for using Viz's names.

But anyway, I really hope Ivankov is playable and not just a support character. If he is I'm totally maining him and Kuma.

Viz isn't notorious for name changes. The term ponegliff comes from the part of the series 4kids had influence over. Skypiea retained a bit (only a minor amount) of the edited terms 4kids used. Zolo was completely out of Viz's control. They continued using Zoro past the start of the anime, but were FORCED to change and aren't going to change back 54 volumes in…

Their translation was great from volume 32 onward...the only problem with Skypiea was use of the word Kami...again, it seems 4kids / Shueshia retained more influence over arcs up through Alabasta while Skypiea retained a bit of their influence, but much less than before...and even before that, it was only a few terms....

The only things I can think of are Zolo, Oh Come My Way, Kami, Rogue Town, ponegliff, and maybe a few Alabasta arc DF abilities....they don't notoriously edit names / titles.

Every other name past Skypiea has been fine, so don't see why Marguerite would be any different. It DOES fit much better with other characters named after flowers / plants...and it sounds better in general than Margaret.

Funny. With the stupid amount of Robin merch I own I've only seen it once. And that was on a LobinxChopper doujinshi from an ebay seller.

Flanky aint seen either. But I have seen Ruffy in chinese merch.

Gigant Battle is the name of the game. Project Jet was just the code name for it. Like Project Sora was for Kid Icarus, Project Natal was for Kinect etc
