@GEPPETTOSMONSTER:
I just want someone from the protagonist side to die, this is suppose to be a ""war"" and yet aizen's forces are getting killed off while the combined alliance of the gotei 13 and the vizards + ichigo are all mainly injured but none of them are dead. There has never been a war in history where the opposing side hasn't lost people in it. That would be flawless and un-realistic but than again it's a manga and I don't look for realism unless the story starts off that way.
I know what you mean, but you know with the healing powers in Bleach it's impossible.
The only reason most of the bad guys die is because, unlike the good guy team, no one gives two shits and don't even bother to heal them. Team Ichigo/Team Protection Squads have healers and Orihime.
I know this is a war, but I just don't feel it's time for a good guy to die just yet. Especially Momo, who aside from being an emo crybaby this whole time, has yet to show any true character development. It would be a waste for her to die. She has potential to be better liked, but Kubo keeps writing her character this way. She is also quite skilled with Kido and would be a good warrior if give the chance to train more. So in conclusion, that's why I don't want her to die. I would be more interested in seeing how she copes with Hitsugaya's "betrayal" than her just dieing.
That all being said, I think deaths should be held for the final arc of the story. Just like how Ace's death in One Piece had a much stronger impact after so many years of good guys surviving, I think the same would hold true for Bleach. Say for whatever reason Orihime's powers fade away and she can't revive any one any more. I just personally feel it would work out much better that way.
Also, I doubt Aizen will be killed off this arc either, so in a sense the war won't be finished. There is still room for deaths later on.
