If Iva's hormones keep people alive, it makes it too convenient.
Remember what happened to Luffy at ID. But maybe she helped prolong the pregnancy and somthing similar to Luffy's case happend.

Ah, I'm someone else thought of this (I mentioned it earlier on the threat actually). The main objection would be, was Ivankov with Dragon at that point? It seems like they only met after Luffy had been born, since Iva didn't know about him having a family in East Blue when they were together. Unless Dragon fathered Luffy in secret while he was already leading the Revolutionaries. I think it might be possible that Rouge sought Iva out while he was still the Queen of Kamabakka Kingdom because of his reputation as a miracle worker, and he was willing to help because Roger was able to stand up to the WG and his son might in some measure be able to do the same.
I'm fairly certain Iva never met Rouge at all. Whether Iva was with Dragon or the time or not, Iva had no idea there was any connection between Ace and Dragon. The only reason he broke out of Impel Down with Luffy at all was because he made the reasonable assumption that if Luffy was Dragon's son, then Luffy's brother Ace must be as well. Also, more likely than not, if Iva had played a role in Ace's delayed birth, then he should have recognized the name "Portgas".

Rouge was a strong willed and exceptionally healthy, until she gave birth. So maybe Ivankov could keep her going.
I agree that it's possible for Ivankov to keep Rouge alive.
But for what? Could Oda plan some role for Rouge? Although I would say not likely, I'm not Oda.

Iva never knew Rouge, otherwise he would have known about Ace. So Rouge didn't have any help.
Strong will seems to be able to do anything in this world.

I found this page about pregnancy. So apparently, anything more than 42 weeks is pushing it; so obviously 80 weeks would be impossible. Of course, this is the One Piece-universe–-but usually things like this have to do with fruit powers of some kind, and Iva's seems to fit the bill perfectly.
I'm fairly certain Iva never met Rouge at all. Whether Iva was with Dragon or the time or not, Iva had no idea there was any connection between Ace and Dragon. Rouge would have approached Iva at some point in her pregnancy, gotten a dose of hormones and been on her way, since hanging around someone like Ivankov was bound to draw the attention of the WG. And she would probably withhold her surname so the whole thing could never be traced back to her.

Iva's hormones can cure poison only if the recipient is strong-willed and has high vitality.
However, to have a hormone that keeps a woman pregnant for 20 months, and then keep her alive after, I'd have to say that this fruit is broken, even by One Piece's epic standards.
Hormones control everything in your body. Deliverance (is that the correct word ?) is triggered by hormones.

The only thing now is that Sengoku implied Ace was born in South Blue/Baterilla. Isn't Kamabacca Kingdom on the Grand Line (or, if it's a counterpart to Amazon Lily, the Calm Belt?)

If the hormone DF had something to do with Rouge's pregnancy. It'll either be Iva wasn't aware of who she actually was or the previous owner of the Hormone DF (before Iva got it) helped in the pregnancy.

If it's true that Roger is Ace's dad then the only connection between the 2 biologically directly can only be through rouge, WHO MAY NOT BE DEAD AT ALL….trust me... WHY A SILHOUETTE IMAGE?!

that's a darn good point, maybe the world government is holding her hostage? Either way, this chapter was a mind blower for me. I'd still like luffy and ace to be related though.

Ace and Luffy got to be brother, they look almost the same if u don't look at the age diffrence. My theory is that Dragon is Gol D. Roger. Don't hope it is like that, even though it would been cool but a little bit to stupid. How it is possible since Roger is dead? I don't know but with devil fruits you never know.

Despite everyone saying Garp and Roger fought so they couldn't be related, i find that to be hard to believe considering, a father and son could totally fight, ie: Star Wars anyone? So Roger, and Dragon even being twins could make sense, considering they have similair nose designs. And even if they aren't directly related, there's always a chance they all descended from the same D.

Shadowed image of Rouge was used since Oda isn't planning to reveal her yet until he does the full flashback that reveals the events around her pregnancy leading up to Ace and Luffy's childhood. Right now he's just giving us tiny snippets of the flashbacks until it's time for the full flashback.

With Ace being Roger's son and Shanbody being so close to Marineford there is no way that Raleigh will just let this go. Just as Garp had said earlier the Marines are going to end up having to deal with at least 2 legends. If Dragon also gets involved that will definitely up the count of Legends.
With his uncanny apparent lock picking ability I imagine that Raleigh will be the one to set Ace free from his Seastone shackles.

I think that Whitebeard + Dragon's Aid whatever it may be + Turncoat Schichibukai + other outside help will be enough to defeat the current forces present at Marineford and save Ace, up to the point where a large army of Pacifistas appears and turns the situation around. In the ensuing chaos Whitebeard dies at the hands of who I believe will be Blackbeard.
At this point it is possible that Rayleigh appears with a coated and refitted Thousand Sunny and that Luffy and an aggregate temporary crew of friendlies make an underwater escape from the rampaging robot army.

Since this is a moderately active thread can any Mod kindly tell me why my thread was instantly closed? It's called About One Piece Strength. I mean I posted and it just closed. It couldn't have been the doing of a Mod because it was too quick.
It took me quite a while to develop my thoughts on it, so I would appreciate it if it's reopened, please. Unless I broke some rule I'm not aware of, of course. Also, it wasn't a repeat since the things covered in there are not being covered by any other current thread.

I thought that was just a one time thing to give us a rundown of how strong all those new characters were, since they were just introduced and they didn't have bounties, so we couldn't loosely compare them like we'd usually do. Even if bounties don't count as power levels, they do give a vague idea, don't they?

I still believe Roger = Dragon. I had almost forgotten about the fight between Shanks and Whitebeard. We did not get to se the end but I believe Shanks killed him because WB is getting old, and it is stated serveral times that he hasn't made a move in years and so on. This might explain why he is using so long time to.

I believe there is a MAJOR plot about to unravel, at least a couple of the Shishibukai are about to go renegade. Boa & possible Kuma to say the least. I suspect there is a pending plot by possibly Some Shishibukai and White Beard and possibly Dragon and possibly some of other players like Rayleigh and even Shanks. They've planned something right under the noses of the marines.
People are going to betray the Marines. I can smell it. The tension and expressions here at Marine HQ sez it all. It's gonna happen! Check the records of the people and what has subtly gone on within the past few chapter.
Plot and betrayal on a grand scale.
PS:And o I forgot to mention GARP… when the pressure is turned up he gonna break... it's evident.. there' some pirate in that man.

Do we know anything about their age? And as I stated in my previously post with devils fruit anything is possible. Now, I don't hope for it, but I believe it is very possible.
Edit: And it would explain the Ace and Luffy situation as brothers

What do we know about who knows if he is alive, I seriously doubt that Rayleigh would run around chabbering on about that Roger is still alive. Still I don't see the age as a problem.

They aren't identical whatsoever what in hell are you talking about.
Name one thing identical about them, gender? Race? Species lol?The situation is explained, they were raised together because Garp was watching over both of them. Ace likely due to Roger/Rouge entrusting him to him, and Luffy for actually being Garp's grandson.

I'm talking about their looks. Still I think it is wierd that the Pirate King would give his kid to a marine unless they are related. Why not give him to, for example Reyleigh.
