Things That You Would Like to See in the Manga

Pretty much this thread boils down to it's title. What do wish to see from the manga in the future?

I for one would like to see the return of Zoro's old repertoire. He hasn't used Oni Giri since Alabasta!! His "signature move" I'm not gonna count Enbima Yonezu since he used it on fodder.

I would also like to see BOUNTY HUNTERS. Seriously, where the hell are these guys? Zoro was a notorious bounty hunter but then, {POOF} they don't exist.

And I also want more Usopp, Chopper and Robin fights. We REALLY need Robin fights.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys have to say.

The Franky Family were bounty hunters. But there should be more of them, I agree. Especially some who are fairly known to villagers.

A confrontation with all the D's, Whitebeard, and Shanks. It's something that we don't know what really would happen, so it's interesting to wonder what might go on. <3 And maybe the StrawHats revisiting some of the places they've gone before.

yeah…i would also like to see some seriously dangerous bounty hunters

but also i would like to see what the one piece is...it would be so laaaaaaame if it is only a letter with a text the says "friendship is the greatest treasure that you can posess", but also just a lot of gold and diamonds would be a bit boring....so i'm really curious

I don't really care much for fights since OP has a good balance with it, being not every character gets an opponent in every arc. They would all get their shining moments.

What I want to see is Nami's Cyclone Tempo(the one used on Doublefinger) combined with the wind ropes. That would be a cool attack to see. I also want to see Jet Fireworks. There's more but I'm too tired to think now.

I, too, would like to see more Robin fights. She needs more poses that cosplayers can pull off besides "crossing arms" and "hand(s) on hips."

also at some point have oda tell us the list in strength of all the SH crew and shichibukai so we can finally find out who's right and who's wrong on those subjects

Also would like to see new fresh attacks for the rest of the crewmates, which is a possibility since it seems like they are "training" on unique islands.

I'd like to see Franky get upgraded. :D

A franky upgrade would really be the only character "power up" i'd like to see at the moment. Sure Kuma made everyone look like ants… but there was extra insult to Franky since he was just a better constructed cyborg.

Also, Brook, Franky, and Robin definitely need some duels. Especially Brook. He's always soo funny, but he truely shines when he's gallant, angry and, dead serious (even though he's already dead... yohoho).

I also want to see Nami come up with some awesome plans. She needs to remind us why she's one of the smartest of the crew.

And finally, i've been thinking about everyone's thoughts of more bounty hunters. I think that will start happening in the new world. But more specifically, i'd really like to see a mini arc where the crew is given a run for their money by a really intelligent, and really strong, single bounty hunter (a la' Boba Fett). Maybe he'd trap them on open sea and they'd be confined to their ship as it largely becomes a waiting game of wills and wits.

Davy Jones, Flying Dutchwife-ship, deep sea adventrue, more adventure, some aceventure and history of Fisher Tiger. Of course more death, misery and love please. Of course moar boobies. After Amazon Lily, there is huge lack of it… of course Impel Down do that but, well lets hope nothing ruin deep sea adventure. I would like to see also Oro Jackson too. It wold be awsum. Please, more normal island adventures what would not belong to main story... or just sailing. Huge sea battles would be cool too. These do good now...

I want BB's 1st mate to be Black Caesar. Based off of the real life pirate Black Caesar who was a former slave and was a notable member of the real BB's crew. Don't why but I just think that would be cool. I like when Oda uses real life pirate names. I wouldn't mind a Redbeard too(I don't care if ppl say that it's suppose to be Urogue, if his beard's not red it isn't him lol).

Would like to see a former shichi we don't know about or just for how the shichibukai were formed in more detail It would be cool to know if there were shichi before the ones we know and if some other pirates had take them down so they had to be replaced. I'd also want to know who all those candidates for Croc's spot were. Moria made it seem like there were a lot.

Don't know why but when I first read the manga I thought just like bounty hunters we'd see more of Mountain bandits. Sorta like Pirates and Bandits being natural rivals. Bandits being pirates of the land. Especially since the first bad guy in the manga was one. I don't want a big showing of them but wouldn't mind for an arc where a mountain bandit is the villain sorta how Enel wasn't a pirate or marine.

Probably not gonna happen but a super special rare parameciaXzoan devil fruit. There's only one. That could be the closest thing to those mystical animals the members on this forum fiend for. Something like an Ouroboros, Chimera, or w/e animal that's not real that also has some supernatural power.

I want to see a real badass noble. I get the whole rich, higher class system, bourgeoisie-esque thing Oda went for with them but just one black sheep in the 20 descendants/families would be cool. A rebel if you will, that hasn't been disowned yet.

I know Oda is probably running short on them but a couple more logia users. Every introduction of those characters has been epic.

I want the SHs to find a DF and then we see what they do with it.

I want Gol D. Roger and Saul D.Jaguar to have a son and/or grandson. Wouldn't mind if one of them is the last yonkou. I'd like to see at least one more D. as a marine. It'd be funny if Roger's grandson was a marine kind of paralleling the Monkey family.

I had high hopes for this but its already tainted even if it does happen now. Since it would imply all of the bounty hunters reside in the New World lol.

I swear there's I can think of that I'd like to see more. Even if the Sabaody Arc was awesome the one thing it was lacking was bounty hunters. And it was even said that the archipelago is full of them. Heck, everything else mentioned appeared there except for them. That really is disappointing.

On that topic, I'd like to see Oda's Daddy Masterson appear in the manga (as the bounty hunter he is), meeting Usopp again which would lead to finally give us the missing Loguetown parts in flashback form. :ninja:

A lot of people think the Kabuto should 'eat' a Devil Fruit, I think Usopp should. Hopefully a bug Logia, like a realy small, non poisoness spider. Then Usopp could make special silk stars!

To every post about bounty hunters and sea battles: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD(A), GIVE US SOME O' DIS SHEEIT.
Also, I'd like to see Robin, Brook, and Franky get more solo fights (Franky had what, one? Fukurou?:getlost: And Robin had a fight with Yama that felt like 2 seconds long animated Brook's had nothing sans getting his ass whupped by Ryuuma:sad:).
Other than these things, I'd just like to see more of the history/past of things/characters, Vegapunk (been someone I've wanted to see since first mention and then even more so after Kuma), Fishman Island (anyone wanna bet how many more Namek-arc-animated lengths of time will pass before Oda finally takes us to this place he mentioned like 9 years ago or whenever it was), and an explanation of DFs (a more thorough one than: "lolz u eet dem and dey gives u powah. o but den u cant swim") and haki (I just want an explanation so all the speculation can stop infecting perfectly good threads).
Edit - Did I mention I wanted to see the last two nakama? Well I do just because the "lolz, <insert random="" new="" irrelevent="" non-sh-candidate-material="" character="" here="">for nakama" gets old. I fluctuate on whether I find the obvious jokes like "Luffy's whale shark for nakama" or "my left pinky for nakama" amusing or just annoying. The ones that are always annoying are the ones that you can tell are serious but just wrong…</insert>

I would love to see Nami use her navigational skills in a very dire situation, when the crew needs her th most. I remember thinking it would be awesome if Nami would sail through Aqua Laguna to Enies Lobby, thus my idea was shattered.

I want to see Ao kiji vs anyone strong. I have an entire battle planned out in my head.

First Ao kiji would pull of all the shit he did in the Luffy fight, freeze his opponent ect. Then his opponent would use cunning logic and an awesome power/haki to get out of the situation and mouth off at Ao kiji. Then Ao kiji would just sit there looking smug before saying "Absolute Zero" and then he would freeze the air around him, thus killing everything within a mile radius. He would then ride off on his bicycle.

It makes me squeee.

Oh right, I forgot to mention the term "strong". Because from the hype you might expect that at Sabaody there were bounty hunters that actually could take down those big shot rookies. Those we've seen were just fodder. :(

HELL. MOTHERSMURFIN'.YEAH!!! If the Battle Frankies could take down Seakings then Thousand Sunny should be able to take part in sea fights.

Other than with bounty hunters however I'm actually quite positive that we will see this later on. Especially in the new world where there's the Yonkoh that probably rule over wide areas. So entering these waters might get you into a sea fight. Also I hope so because of Newgate's stated about his and Roger's crew fighting a lot back in the old days. Let's hope the Strawhats do that while sea fighting at some point.

The problem is that in the retrospective view powerful bounty hunters never seem to have a place where they could have played a important role, which actually is what makes the lack of them so disappointing.

Yeah, but shouldn't there actually also be guys in between? I mean, we've have pirates of all kinds of leagues, the absolute top, the fodder guys and practically everything in between? So IMO matching bounty hunters shouldn't be that much of a problem.

Back to Hiroy's question. Actually there could have been a place for them at Sabaody. They could have confronted Bonney and Bege for instance. Of course it also would have been kept short but at least we'd have had a big name bounty hunter established at the place that was said to be full of them.
