Well you could download them as FLVs then convert them to AVI and burn em from there. I suggest using NetVideoHunter (http://netvideohunter.en.softonic.com/) for the FLVS and Freez Converter ( http://freez-flv-to-avi-mpeg-wmv-converter.en.softonic.com/) for the avi thng.

2ND EDIT: Oh man, I can't believe I just realized that the music they played at the end of the Episode 10 Finale during the narration was actually from One Piece. That's awesome.

Just to clear something up, Ocean had nothing to do with that. Season 1 and 2 were written by FUNimation. All Ocean did was supply the voices. Other than that, FUNi did the editing and writing, while Saban provided the music, censorship guidelines and the early morning timeslot for DBZ.

Honestly, I'd say FUNi did a whole lot worse than "over 9,000." They've had a reputation for changing the hell out of things when it came to the Dragon Ball franchise.

I don't see why you're blaming YouTube, Google's policy is very strict in that videos are only removed when representatives of a copyright holder put in a personal request for a certain video to be taken down.

Looks like whatever Abridged series you were watching didn't strike someone in power as very funny.

Yeah, I've lost a few op videos, toonami videos and cartoons. I cheak my favorites once in a while to see if any have been removed or deleted. But now i've learned that if you like a yt video you should download it asap.

You never know, they could bring TFS back like they did for failblog.

You guys can moan and groan, but YouTube is in the right. Abridgers use copyrighted footage without permission, and that's illegal. I don't like it either, but thems the rules. I haven't got the chance to see more than one episode, but I really wanted to.

Hmm… As far as I know, YouTube has the right to remove it. Though I thought that abridged series could be considered under fair use, as they are parodies of the original work.

Some copyright holders just don't like fan creativity, I guess.

It happens to abridges series all the time, they're just following copyright law and policy, likely because company lawyers told them to. In general the actual companies themselves have a pretty good sense of humor about these things and know that they're free advertising. LittleKuriboh was even invited to an official Yugioh tournament thing.

Its par for the course for abridged series, and its been the way fro 3 years now. don't get so uptight about it.

Well I tried watching them and didn't like them. Especially how (at least the first episode) Berserk Abridged always has those mic cutoff sounds.

Dailymotion is pretty good. You can't embed the videos here, though.

Berserk Abridged is great. Its a little soft in the first couple episodes, but the recording quality, comedy and editing all picked up within just a couple eps and was pretty damn brilliant later, and Gantz Abridged which followed that, and Escaflowne Abridged since then have all been really good. HBi2K is one of the more talented abridgers around, in both quality AND quantity.

While I know next to nothing about copyright laws, I do remember everyone freaking out about One Piece videos being removed from Youtube about a year or so ago. As much as it sucks, it doesn't surprise me that much.

The thing is, they pull videos based on copyright claims from ANYONE. I've seen One Piece videos pulled due to copyright claims by 4Kids, after FUNimation got the license. Probably because somebody just reported the video and cited 4Kids, and YouTube just figured "Okay, we'd better take this down before we get sued" without researching to see whether or not 4Kids even had a right to claim copyright violation. So while its understandable that YouTube doesn't research every claim, that doesn't mean that these videos were pulled due to an actual claim from Toei.
