Well, this is it. Your chance to nominate your favourite character.

To ensure your nomination is accepted please take some time to read the rules.

Who can be nominated?

• Manga characters only. No anime-only characters. Simple as. If the character doesn't appear in the manga, they aren't getting a place.

• Everybody that had a bit of displayed personality and affected the story to a certain degree is open to enter. Random background types or characters that so far are only known as names not. That's why guys like Akainu can be nominated while Dadan, Vegapunk, Kaidoh or Kinjishi can't. Pandaman is the only exception here and can be nominated too.

• No different versions of the same character, just vote for the character. If you want to vote for Miss All Sunday, vote for Robin. Gear Second Luffy, vote for Luffy. I think it's pretty clear.

• Animals can be nominated as longs as they have some sort of personality (like Carue, Eyelashes or Norla). Animals like random seakings not.

• Because of the entire plot at Water 7 and Enies Lobby, Going Merry is the only vehicle that can be nominated.

• Usopp and Franky are automatically entered into this tournament as they are previous winners. So please don't vote for them.

How do I nominate?

Couldn't be easier.

When making your nomination post in this format:

"I (Your forum name) nominate (character name)."
e.g. I Bad-Beat nominate Usopp.

This makes it easier for us to see all the nominations, as well as to keep track of who has voted.

We will try to keep the list of nominated characters updated in the OP as much as possible, so keep an eye on it, your character may already be nominated.

You only get one vote. So make it count. Also no changing minds. Once your nominated character is on the roster he/she/it stays there. So chose wisely.

We want to make this tournament as awesome as possible and the best way to achieve it is to follow the rules set out. Disobey at your peril!
