From what Roger said to Newgate in his flashback it seems there's only a special path you can take to Raftel. I don't think it has anything to do with the ship. Not saying Oro jackson isn't so great just saying any ship can go but needs to be on the right path.

i think the RL has sea-level tunnels to go to one blue to another (only works for north-east and west-south. That would explain how Sanji got to the East Blue.
I was just wondering what the affects of a death wink, hell wink and a galaxy wink are? does it affect people with strong will or not? 
It just seems to knock the enemy back, being air displacement and all.

I know I've seen a reference to devil fruit powers affecting seastone, but I can't think of anything other than Mr. 3's wax turning into a key and opening a seastone lock.

That's a bit different, because Mr.3 isn't really altering the shape of the seastone object.

Well, seeing as how Vegapunk could replicate a Devil Fruit's power (in this case, the Pika²), I don't see why said lasers couldn't cut seastone. I mean, for instance, the lasers Vegapunk replicated from Kizaru's fruit no longer bear any tie to Kizaru or his fruit anymore. Since Vegapunk now has the ability to assimilate this laser "technology" into other structures (ie. Pacifistas) I don't see it as a problem to say that he could assimilate said lasers into a device that shapes/cuts seastone, especially if a Devil Fruit isn't powering said laser.
Unless you mean to tell me that Kizaru AND the pacifistas both have the same fruit (which is not the case), then what I said could apply as a possible explanation.

The Pacifistas didn't eat it, Vegapunk found a way to copy Kizaru's power in the form of laser cannons.

Only the tip of the jutte was made of seastone, not the entire thing. Hancock kicked the thing in half, where there was no seastone.

You guys are wrong, the true villain is Blackbeard. So far everything that happened involves blackbeard, his just causing havic everywhere except the military (until recently). He took Ace to marine, gave shanks a scar, killed a crewmate for a devil fruit, and argued with luffy several times. The only villain is blackbeard the rest are just pirates that get their dreams crushed by luffy.

Lets see, the core concept here is "With great power comes great responsibility", when Luffy reaches Raftel (and be crazy strong) and learn the true history, he would undoubtedly come to realize that there is still stuff that needs to be corrected and that he, as the Pirate King, is now responsible to do that. You can't be free when you have responsibility, therefore in order to create a world where others are free, he would have to fight the greatest evil (maybe WG, maybe revolutionaries). At least thats how I imagined it.
Roger became ill and couldn't do that himself when he finally became strong enough, so he urges others to try and reach the end of grandline to find someone (remember Crocus and WB saying that Roger was waiting for someone?) strong enough to finish what he couldn't and thats where Luffy comes in.
The series focus has always been that to a noble man, treasure is not gold or materialistically valuable things, but things which one holds dear. To Roger; who could hear the voice of everything, who created the great age of piracy, and who is described to hold a similar personality to Luffy; doesn't something as basic as the philosophical truth regarding freedom seem fitting to be the greatest treasure worth risking your life for?
I hope Oda doesn't do something stupid like they get to Raftel, Luffy realizes the treasure is not there, he turns around and looks at his crew and smiles realizing the adventure and his friends are One Piece, or something. That would be so lame and far too moral.
