Lol, i know what happens in the manga too, also the 5 year old thread was an accident, and i like bumping old threads because they don't get the fame they deserve. Walmart hasn't fixed a 2 year problem. Go figure.

True. I don't know im changing my mind of him slowly, but i can't admit to myself that he is as respectful as zoro.

In terms of fighting though, Usopp may not be as strong as other characters, but he has definitely helped significantly. He and Chopper defeated Mr. 4 and Ms. Merry Christmas (he got beat with a 4 ton bat and didn't die, that's impressive). As Sogeking, he inspired everyone with his theme song, but more seriously though, he saved Robin from being taken onto to Navy ship by shooting everyone at long range and kept them all at bay until Franky got there. On thriller bark, he was the only one able to fight perona. Not to mention he was able to defeat all of her zombies, the bear one too, and in the end, defeated Perona.

In terms of being on the crew, don't forget that it was Usopp that fixed the going merry every time she was damaged. He also catches fish…

So he definitely is a valuable member of the crew. Sure in many battles he ends up running, but wins in the end. But I hope to hear some examples that show how Usopp is supposedly not as respectful toward Luffy as other characters. And about being able to fight close range, perhaps that guy with the armor will train him to be stronger while everyone is separated. It seems everyone is going to train and get much stronger by the time they reunite.

For the last time i know Usopp is a valuable character, and an example of not respecting luffy would be just how he acts, if you, like me, have watched from episode 1 you should know he doesn't act respectfully toward him even in serious times. I can't give a direct example, it's like reading between the lines, except this way its like looking between the dialog. Also again, i dont care i know he isn't as strong as everyone but i want him to try to make a close range way to fight… Like putting a impact dial in something with a hand armor so that he can atleast fire the impact dial without being so scared.
