I foresee a lot of "Wakanda Forever" tweets in the near future.

God, he was dying basically the entire time he was famous.
Long live the king.
-
This is truly sad, he was this generstion's Denzel Washington imo, and he has left an amazing legacy behind. Rest Well King
-
What insane mental toughness and fortitude to keep that kind of work ethic up while battling Stage III/IV cancer. Lesser men would have broken. RIP Chadwick Boseman. You will be greatly missed…

=_= No words, this is just….oy. Needless to say I was a major fan of that animated series like most and he's always the first in my head when I read a comic featuring him. Even if the character hasn't been given a fair shake as of late, his 90's toon verison will always be timeless to me. My condolences to his family, friends and fans, RIP Norm and thanks for the media memories.

Thank you, Your Honor, for all your hard work to help make this country better.

Damn, damn, damn. One of the greatest guitarists who ever lived.
R.I.P. Eddie

I think most of my favorite guitarist are dead. That was quite a shock, I don't think throat cancer has a high lethality rate.
-
FUCK THIS YEAR.
Also don't underestimate any kind of cancer. Even skin cancer can get you bad if it's on your head.

Couldn't let us celebrate for ONE day, could you 2020. Noooo, you had to take another beloved figure from us.
RIP, Alex, watching you with my parents was fun.

It’s funny I’ve been listening to a lot of Queen songs in particular the 90’s Queen songs Freddie Mercury was writing and performing while he was sick and how some of those like “The Show Must Go On” can apply to Trebek in the last few months of his battle.
News got me bummed.
-
I watch Jeopardy almost every day so this does suck. It was kind of expected soon though because of his cancer, but I hadn't really heard much about it lately and I remember at one point he was in remission. He was pretty old too though so it's not like the cancer was the only thing to be worried about. Hopefully the new host they get is good, because there've been a few other game show host changes I wasn't a fan of. Trebek talked a little bit sometimes about Ken Jennings taking over maybe, though I don't know how serious that was and apparently he's doing another game show already somewhere.
I'm glad that the show came back for a while from the Corona break and he got to film some more episodes before his death.
-
Was always such a good background show to have so this is such a shame.
-
It feels kind of ironic that he and Connery died so close together.
In any case, RIP Alex.
-
