I'd say ship to give Merry a last hurrah. We probably won't see Franky in a cover until after it's known if he's an official Strawhat.
Personally, what I'm wondering is if the next chapters will feature "The Third Person" or "The Sixth Person."

NO. WE'VE COVERED THIS. Ener's magnetic field (electric current -> magnetic field) will attract Franky on a one-way trip to the moon.
The new Strawhats will be Hattori, Kokoro, and just for spice, Mr. 1.

Would be cool if Oda would keep it up with this. Though I think a "The Sixth Person" would have the highest chances to happen soon because right now Robin is back whereas Usopps return didn´t progress that far. Also a "The Seventh Person" would be nice when the shipwright joins but somehow it would be all a little bit to close in a row wouldn´t it? :wassat:

I like Franky more and more with each chapter. Besides, he has more surprises in him than a high priced action figure, far too many to list. Besides, I still say that his nose has a surprise in it as well.

I like Franky, I just hope he gets some pants next arc. I also wanna see how Franky gets stronger without the process becoming stale (I don't think I'll be dissapointed). Next Arc is definitely gonna be quite interesting.

i have the feeling(IMHO) that Franky doesn´t fit into the crew

Yeah. Unlike some characters (cough Vivi cough), Franky has actually contributed to the crew, and he can fight. His Coup de Vent nearly took out a Buster Call ship, for pete's sake.

franky is the new member of the strawhut cause goldrogers ship was build by tom and icebug and franky is his apprantice and frankys dream is to build a ship that can travel to the end of the world and they are 2 episold of icebug and frankys past why make 2 episold of frankys past when he hast nothing to do with the story and every one of the starw hats have a sad past and franky to has a sad past and who can repair the new ship better than the one who made it and that why its got to be franky and i think iceburg will take care of franky men cause galera fight with frankys gang and they leave eniesloabby with the 3 from galera

list of reasons why Franky is (more than 99% sure) the new Straw Hat:
He is a Shipwright
had the flashback for the arc
was important in the plot(burning Pluton's Blueprints, ect)
has a good strength(cyborg) but a weakness(back is open) like everoyne else
has plenty of room for character development
fought with the straw hats directly with CP9, even taking down Fukouru and Spandam….
of all the people was picked as the new character in Jump Super Stars. this is more than a coincedence.
he was on the Merry(straw hats plus kokoro chimney and their pet are the only ones at the end)
he can hold his own in combat and still take out many normal soldiers easily
he's a cyborg(it's too good)
he can play music(and DANCE!!!)
he resenmbles both luffy's picture of who they are looking for and Luffy's discription of him(which are really kinda 2 different things)
has made major contributions to the crew
in the Mugwara Pirates VS CP9 Franky was featured on the poster(as was Sogeking meaning either temporary member or will join/rejoin in the future, it's either a + or a - depending on how you look at it)and Paulie has almost no way. he was back with the Franky Family, holding his own and fighting back jsut a little bit, as well as he and the rest of Galley-La and the Franky Family going back via the Sea Train.
Franky even had the tragic past and such.
in other words, I realizesome people prefer characters and see a reaosn why they can, but the reasons for the other candidate are much higher, and there's too many nos on the paulie side.

Saying that Franky is going to "only build a ship for the SHs" is kind of out there–since Franky isn't exactly like Tom. Tom was Franky's role model. Franky, for example, has not had his own shipbuilding business like Tom had when he made the Oro Jackson.
I mean, it's like saying that stairs is Zoro's weakness....
